How about meeting Penn and Teller?
I can picture Ron trying his damndest to get Teller to say something.
Or freaking out if they use Rufus in their act and make him vanish.

The suggestions in those first two posts would be Crossover ideas, just FYI. Crossover is where characters meet, but keep their separate universes apart. Fusion is where characters from one show are actually portrayed as if they were actually characters in the other show - for instance, Team Possible meeting the crew of the Enterprise would be a Star Trek/KP Crossover, whereas if one were to make Team Possible the crew of the Enterprise's sister ship, that would be a Star Trek/KP Fusion.

Okay here's a genuine fusion this time around.
KP/ Nadesico. I can picture Ron as Akito Tenkawa and Kim as the captain, but definitely far more competent.
Barkin could be Mr. Goat Hori though no one really comes to mind for Mr. Prospector or Uribetake

As someone who actually writes this stuff I'll bite.
He-man: Kim as Prince Adam, Ron as Teela, and Mr. Barkin as Man at Arms. On the evil side Drakken as Skeletor and Shego as Evil Lyn.
Escaflowne: Kim as Prince Van and Ron as that chick from Earth. Shego would be taking the role of Prince Van brother.
StarWars: Kim as a Jedi turned Sith. Ron as a Jedi who has to take her down. Barkin as an Admiral. Drakken as the emperor and Shego his apprentice.
Fusions I've actually done though.
Gundam, Tenchi, and now Oh my Goddess (going to post in a few mintues)

Ravenstar had a point with Abbot and Costello
However, the Lucy bit I did see as a fusion (Ron as Ricky, Kim as Lucy, Drakken and Shego as Fred and Ethel)
The He-man idea works.
I'm surprised how unfamiliar I am with some other suggestions

The He-Man idea's been done. Really when? I wouldn't mind checking out how the person did on it. After all the Gundam fusion concept had been done but abandon so I just decided to write my own. Nothing says you can't write your own take on a fusion just because someone did one before you. I'm more familar with the Japanese version but that does sound sweet. Drakken can play of course Lord Deslar. After all same skin tone. |

All I know is that Skeletor somehow sent his staff to Earth and took control of Drakken, then He-Man sent his sword to Ron and later Kim became She-Ra. It was pretty good. |

Well, if people think a KP/Starblazers fusion would work, I'm thinking of a KP/Robotech fusion. Mainly KP and Macross. Ron - Rick Hunter Kim - Lisa Hayes Yori - Mimaye Wade - Exedor Drakken - Breetai or Doza Josh - Max Sterling Brick Flagg - Ben Barkin - Captain Gloval Monique - Claudia Mr. Dr. P - Dr. Lang Shego - I'm thinking Miria but the other Zentradi woman might do too. Bonnie - I say Miria as well. Any of the other cheerleader girls - the three young bridge ladies. It might work. The three-way love trinagle of Ron, Kim, and Yori will definitely work.  |

Well, if people think a KP/Starblazers fusion would work, I'm thinking of a KP/Robotech fusion. Mainly KP and Macross. Cool but you probably should rethink Kim/Yori roles. I see them more as Veritech fighter pilots myself. Yori not much for singing and Kim just siting on a bridge wouldn't fit her character. On other notes you can change the story line around for this. I actually recommend this like changing when the Zentradi attack. Make it less a bunch of civilians caught by surprise and more a full blown military operation. Something like that will make it very clear that the fusion isn't a copy of the series. |

KP as Lina Inverse
Ron as Gourry
I mean the hair color is right for the characters
I can picture the first meeting going pretty much along the lines of the series with Ron leaping to Kim's rescue against the bandit gang (which she could have handled on her own)

I have crossover ideas, not a lot of fusion ideas but still: KP/ Get Smart (Agent 86) Could also work as a fusion (Ron as max, Kim as agent 99) KP/Need For Speed: Rons the main character, Kim's the babe who helps him get back to the top KP/Mafia: figure that one out yourselfs, its just a idea for now. |
