Don't get me wrong - I still like (not like-like or love) the episode, but after nearly a year since seeing it last, I think this one finally takes the place as the worst animated episode of the entire series - worse even than All the News. Kim and Ron looked...freakish.
Oddly enough, that doesn't seem to show up on the caps...just in the episode itself. Guess I need to watch it a couple more time (taped it - MY COLLECTION IS NOW COMPLETE!)

The worst bit was when the Centurion suit took over Kim's skull entirely. It wasn't pleasant looking at her fat head.

I didn't think it was that bad. I just watched and recorded it, too.
I guess I'll have to watch it again... oh, what luck! I will, because my cousin still has to see it. ;D
Also, this episode has what I deem the sexiest pose by Mrs. Dr. P. ;D

I couldn't find a screen cap, but... It is immediately following that. When she says, "At least I hope it's fake..."

I still think that low budget is still one of the worst looking episodes out there. Kim looks sunburned, and her eyes aren't green (they're gray)

Kim did look rather beet-red in Low Budget.

The guys at KP were hopelessly incompent in season 4.

I've gotten to where I don't mind Kim's color in LB. I explain it away that she actually did get a bit sunburned in Florida (notice she's colored right in the Smarty Mart battle?)
The opening sequence of Oct31 it even looks like both her lips have color - freaky for KP
Drakken and Shego look funny too, and Drakken doesn't sound right either. Come to think of it, Drakken looks almost like he did in Lilo & Stitch

I guess it's just her mouth being open that makes it look like she has lipstick on her bottom lip - if they'd animated her teeth like usual, it wouldn't look that way.

Haha, if that's the case - her lower lip would be a lardy extra chin.

I don't like most of season one simply because so many of the episodes are... well... Not much to look at.

I don't know, I thought that while the animation in season one was uneven there were some standout episodes. "Sink or Swim" was quite atmospheric and well done. "Bueno Nacho" had nice character design. And "Monkey Ninjas in Space" had very fluid movement on the monkey ninjas and a truly scary-looking Monkey Fist. The trouble was that these episodes were mixed in with others of somewhat less impressive animation. It wasn't until the character designs were refined in season two with the new animators that the series gained a consistent look.

It's a little known fact that Mrs. Dr. P's maiden name was Halliwell. (Sorry, couldn't resist ;D)
