That sounds prett cool, but I think she would have been in too much of a rush to talk. I just imagine Ron walking Kim home, Mr & Mrs Dr P looking out the window and watching them. Then they kiss and Kim goes inside. I'll post what I think the conversation would go like when the hopeless romantic in me quietens down abit.

I just imagine her all walking back home to change. Her family would ask how the world saving went. She'd say something along the lines of "oh, no big." Then go change.
Then Ron would do something really stupid coming back to pick her up (because in my world he does).
And the fam would be all confused.

Here's my thoery:
Mrs. Dr. P.: Hello, Kimmie.
Mr. Dr. P.: How'd the mission go?
Kim: I'm sure you can tell that we saved the world.
Mr. Dr. P.: What about that Erik boy? Is he okay?
[Kim glares at her dad]
Kim [calming down]: Erik was just one of Drakken's synthodrones, daddy. I'm...total over him.
Mr. Dr. P.: I knew there was something wrong with that boy! He was such a suck up!
Tim: Yeah, this stinks.
Jim: We didn't even have a chance to do anything to him yet.
Mrs. Dr. P. [putting her arm around Kim]: I'm sorry, sweety. For what it's worth, I didn't think he was right for you.
Kim: Thanks, mom. Now I've got to get ready. Ron will be here in ten minutes to take me to the prom.
Mr. & Mrs. Dr. P.: RON!?
Jim: Hicka bicka boo!
Tim: Hoosha!
Mrs. Dr. P. [squeeses the life out of Kim]: Oh, honey, I always knew you two would end up together.

We have a winner right there methinks! Though I think Mrs Dr P would have jsut left it at the hug, and saying something like, enjoy yourself. I can't see her saying that line, though I KNOW whe'd be thinking it, lol.

I just imagine Kim telling her family and the fam acting like it was no big deal and that they saw it coming (Let's be honest people, we all saw it coming. And if you didn't, you're either naive or stupid, no offense).
Hmmmmm... If the series were to continue, how would the fam treat Ron? The same? Or would Jim and Tim view him as a target?

Okay, so assuming Drakken turned on his signal at midnight, Middleton (and BN HQ) time, as planned, how long did it take Kim, Ron, and Rufus to defeat him? Maybe ten minutes of movie time, and I don't think actual time would vary much. So it's probably at least 12:30 AM by the time the police haul Drakken, Shego, et al, away. How quickly can Kim and Ron get back to Middleton on that motorscooter, even with rockets, scant midnight traffic, and permission to speed? I can't get them home before 1:30 AM, unless Wade got them a ride on a jet or something. We don't see how they got to the prom, so this is possible.
I can't imagine the prom going later than 2 AM under any circumstances. Midnight or 11PM is more likely, but not possible to harmonize with the plot. Well, okay, my high school had an "after prom" that went on till morning, which actually wasn't a good idea. A lot of the couples had sleep deprivation induced disagreements and broke up before dawn!
So Kim and Ron would seem to reach Middleton with less than half an hour of prom remaining, though there are possible scenarios that would give them more time.
This puts me in agreement with all the scenarios above, at least to the extent that Ron and Kim would go to their respective houses at the same time to change. Or would they? It kind of depends on how close these houses are to each other, a bit of information we're not given. Okay, Ron regularly walks Kim to school, which suggests either the houses are near each other or Kim's house is between Ron's house and Middleton High School.
Next question-- what are the elder Stoppables and Possibles doing at this hour? My guess is Ron's parents are asleep. They seem mostly oblivious about his whole life. You'd think this night would be different, but we don't see them at all in the movie.
The Possibles have seen Kim and Ron gone late at night, or overnight, before, and gone on with their normal routines, but the fact that two of these cybertronic robots just thrashed their house might shake their confidence in Kim. I can imagine them glued to a cable news channel, anxiously waiting for events to be reported. Their absolute confidence in Kim might have been shaken.
We also don't see Kim talking to her parents when she changes into the battle suit and goes off to rescue Erik. I guess she would have said something like, "Ron and I are going to Bueno Nacho Headquarters to stop Drakken. He's got Erik. We're going to save him."
So, if she said something like this earlier, "Where's Erik? Did you take him home?" might be reasonable questions from a Possible parent.
"Erik was working for Drakken."
"What? Drakken was his father?"
"No, no, he was a synthodrone. Remember, Dad, when I rescued you? I fought a bunch of those things."
"Oh, really, Erik? I don't believe this!"
"I so didn't either, but he was. Excuse me. I have to change. Ron'll be back any moment."
Kim runs upstairs, returns quickly wearing the blue prom dress.
"Kimmie, that dress is ruined," says Mom.
"It's my prom dress, and I'm wearing it! If anyone asks about it, I'll tell them exactly how it happened."
The doorbell rings, and there's Ron, in his blue tux.
"Come in," Kim says, pulling Ron inside. "Dad, take a picture, now! We'll be lucky if we have time to dance at all!"
"Oh, er, hi, Mr. and Mrs. Dr. P," says Ron.
Dad takes the photo. Kim and Ron say, "See you later," and hop on Ron's motorcycle.
"Honey, do you think they're--" Mom asks Dad.
"Kimmie and Ronald? Hmm--"
Peeking down the stairway, Jim and Tim took at each other. "No duh," one of them whispers.
Hey, much as the Tweebs enjoy tormenting Kim about her actual or imagined romances, Ron's their friend, has been forever. It'll be interesting to see how they treat him in the future (whenever we get to see it), but I'm not betting on them to turn against him just because he's Kim's boyfriend now.

I never said they would turn against him, I'm just suggesting that he may be the victim of some practical jokes. All friends have, at one point or another, played a joke on each other. All in good fun, of course.

Against this, Drakken doesn't deploy the tower until slightly before Kim and Ron burst into the control room, after Rufus cuts them free with the laser. Still, this could be happening before midnight, maybe.
Let's see... Assuming the prom started at 8 PM, Ron would have interrupted the prom at maybe 9 PM, then Kim and Ron had to talk to her dad, fight the robots, change clothes. Maybe they left Middleton at 10PM, arrived at BN HQ at 11PM, fought the Sumo Ninja and Shego, lost to Erik, got tied up, had their talk--
they wouldn't make it into Drakken's control room until close to midnight, so I guess Drakken probably did not deploy the tower early.
