Definitley one of my new favorites, had a lot of jokes that I could relate to (circling for a parking spot, been there!) Top ratings across the board.

I liked the episode and I enjoyed Shego and Junior together. Two to Tutor is one of my fav eps and this went along with it. Some of Shego's lines were classic!!
The out of order/continuity problem really bugged me. The car appearing without seeing the intro ep of how the car came to be really caused some of the jokes to be lost on it. Other than that, it was fun!!

The scene where the Seniors hugged was very sweet, due to the fact that Senior was so please with Junior's gift. It was also fun seeing Drakken and Frugal Lucre as cellmates...and that reference to "So the Drama" at the end was very funny.

Great episode. Judging by what I saw tonight, we don't have anything to worry about Season 4 not living up to expectations. It's gonna be awesome, and it already is. I take you got to see it then... You lucky duck.... Not having satellite is...difficult...to say the least. Glad you got to see it though, Columbia!

I'll keep my opinion of this episode short, sweet, and to the point.
Shego/Junior team up - Always good for laughs. "Me? Hurt them?!" - Best line. Evil Plot(s) - Eh... too quickly devised, even more quickly foiled.
Major foreseeable effect on the fandom: J/S shippers had some heavy ammunition before, now they've just stolen weapon plans from the K/R camp.

Great episode, I loved the little joke about San Francisco and Shego fighting off the crocs. And it's nice to see the show is keeping up with the times, by that I mean did anybody else catch the person on the cable car capturing the flying car on their cell phone?

Not the best episode of the night but I loved Ron's Smarty-Mart Shopper outfit and hope he wears it often...Monuiqe was kind of bugging me threw out the episode. And it was cool how Ron saved every one's lifes muhahaha take that Shego! Side Note: Is it just me or is every one noticing Ron less and less this season? I hope the two part final changes that for him. I'm glad it doesn't bother him but makes me sad, I mean he's a hero just as much as Kim is he deserves some credit too =/

Rating: BOOYAH!
In which we see that dating hasn't changed Kim and Ron a bit! What? They're not spending all their dates at Bueno Nacho? Okay, I'm not terribly fond of the idea of Ron ordering from the kid's menu or wanting a full set of crayons, but Kim knows there's much more to Ron than this: "Okay, you have been failing a lot recently, but you'll get better!" she says at some point.
* Frugal Lucre's plan for Drakken to break himself out of prison. * Junior and Shego reunion. She doesn't bake cakes or jump out of them. Too bad. Shego jumping out of a cake could be a great moment. * Plot number one, the book in San Francisco. That is so true about the parking! Junior and Ron fighting over a parking place.
I wonder what has happened to Shego, by the way. She seems to have learned not to expend all her energy in an all-out attack, saving the plasma for later. And if Shego and Junior continually escape from Kim, isn't that what Shego and Drakken usually do? This desire to avoid Kim is actually influencing what Shego and Junior choose to do, which is a new development. But after getting clobbered so thoroughly in "So the Drama," isn't this understandable? Not to mention whatever happens with Shego's first jailbreak, she does end up back in jail, no doubt due to Kim and Ron. Shego's still willing to fight Kim, but I notice she's no longer risking getting her really angry, which also makes sense.
I'm sorry, but if you want the Shego of "Bueno Nacho," "Car Trouble," or "So the Drama," you'll have to go back and watch those, I think. After all that's happened, Shego would be an idiot to continue using the same approach.
* Plot number 2: The giant Incan idol. It didn't look that big on the internet. Again, the fight's all about getting away. And the Llama bites the tires!
* Ron's jobs, peddling pickles and feeding lions.
* Plot number 3: Kidnap the card game. If you are kidnapping Mr. Smarty, press 3 and enter your ransom demand. Don'tcha love voice mail?
* The lasers are more colorful. The spinning tops of doom are back. And SSS just has all this cool stuff that Drakken has to send Shego to steal.
Why didn't Shego blast the alligators? I don't know, though there are possible reasons. They're SSS's gators, and SSS has lasers and spinning tops of doom. Maybe hanging out with the gators was better than fighting Kim again. Did Shego get taken back to jail, or was she left with the gators?
Why is Mr. Smarty playing cards with an evil billionaire? SSS must have some really good lawyers. But that would follow, wouldn't it?
* Ending bit with Frugal Lucre.

4/5. Slightly better than Trading Faces.
Easily the best line was with Shego and the alliagators. Burst our laughing at that, and given that it was 2:30 when I watched it, probably wasn't such a good idea. ;D
On the K/R front...well, not much, really, despite the fact that half of the episode revolved around Ron getting job. Although Kim's dress was awsome.
'Spade: The bit about J/S and K/R shippers? Sheer brilliance, man.

Okay, since it's officially came out, I'm going to give you the exclusive of what will be posted on my webpage (link in my profile) later today. My official review of The Big Job. Spoiler warning and stuff, cuz I go all crazy and stuff.. Rating: 5/5 36 of my predictions correct So, Kim and Ron decide to get jobs (well, Kim does it first “leading by example”) because Monique and Kim agree that paying with coupons is bad date… stuff. Shego is busted out of prison by Senor Senior, Jr. for Senor Senior Sr.’s birthday and Drakken has Frugal Lucre (shock! Obscure season 1 villain no one cared about!) as a cell mate! Kim wears a strapless dress! Wow, baby! How hot! She dresses sexy for her Ron man. That is so of a turn on. Shego: “I don’t do cakes. I don’t bake ‘em and I don’t jump out of them!” There was a reference to the events of Two to Tutor as well! Yay! Kim goes to work at Club Banana! Yay! And, Kim kissed Ron’s cheek. I love how mad Monique gets about Ron using coupons on dates with Kim and Ron. Is she looking out for her best girl or something? How sweet. I love that girl. It was so great seeing Shego come back, cuz we all know how funking cool she is! And, they go to San Francisco! How amusing. I wonder where the cast of Fatso Raven (That’s So Raven) was during this? Still pretty cool. And they have trouble finding parking spots (which pisses Shego off! Booyah! And, Shego and Kim fight! It wouldn’t be a great Shego episode if there wasn’t Kim and Shego matching each other move for move and making the martial arts look so beautifully poetic! I even screamed, “KICK HER ASS, KIM!” Yes, I’m a fangirl and I don’t care. And, Junior and Ron fight for a parking spot and Ron is driving The Sloth (which is not supposed to come out until Car Alarm (which is airing on February 17th, boo-freakin-yah!) but as this is episode 404, and it doesn’t matter to me because it’s KP! And, Ron has crappy times at jobs, including a lion feeder at a zoo. Can you say uber-bad idea. At least you see Kim reading for half a second. And then, South America and llamas! LLAMAS, ya’ll! They are so awesome! Another great Shego quote: “One lousy Kim Possible free job. Is that too much to ask?” Oh, Shego… of course it is! ;D And of course, the creator of Smarty Mart appears, cuz he’s one of the five richest people in the world and like… SSJ and Shego “kidnap” them to get money or something. For a moment I thought they were gonna steal Bill Gates. That what’s I would have done. LOL. And how epic for Ron to meet the creator of Smarty Mart? It’s like meeting Bob and Mark or J.K. Rowling for me. I’m serious! Best Ron quote ever: “Man, you are snippy lately!” to Kim. Haha, somebody’s not getting any from our favorite teen hero is he? I love the greatness of Kim’s cool stunts and all the great villain moments with the villains! Rocking! And Shego acts like a big baby around alligators and then Ron gets a job with Smarty Mart and it is happily ever after, except for Drakken and until the next episode. YEAH!

5/5 for this epi! And, yeah, I agree that Disney really needs to learn to put these eps in order. That's just going to get fans more confused than excited. Although I did love the K/R moments. Plus Kim and Ron both got what they wanted in the ep. Ron got to meet Martin Smarty, the founder of Smarty Mart, and got a job there for Kim's sake, even though it was Martin who suggested it. Kim looked really good in her dress, and Ron still likes to color the kiddy menus! "Is a seal red or blue?" Haha! Gotta love it. As well as the date at the end where Ron wouldn't take his Smarty Mart vest off and still wanted to color those kiddi menus. Good stuff! ;D

Well, don't poke 'em with a stick. They don't like it.
They also don't like it when blue birds tell them what to do.
If you don't get that joke, I'm gonna cry.

This was probably my favourite of the four. Shego actually feared the alligators. I thought she'd fight them, but she was totally helpless.

It was pretty good; I like how cheap Ron is. No wonder he loves SmartyMart. Junior is definitely one of my favorite villains. "Our plan worked perfectly until we got caught and arrested!" Shego being around gives him more of an "edge" so he's a bit more dangerous. The writers really did a good job with coming up with his plan to "kidnap" the five richest people--it was quite creative and clever. And Senior was so touched by it, haha. I have to wonder, though, why Ron didn't try to get a job at Bueno Nacho again. Maybe he wanted to work at the mall to be closer to Kim? Or maybe it's because he remembered how he went sort of overboard last time.
