8 Embaressment Ninjas rule! My favourite scene is when Drakken and Shego are reading the teen-magazines.

Loved the Embaressment Ninjas, and Shego and Drakken sneaking about.

I loved the opening scene with KP beating Drakken over and over again but the rest of the episode kind of felt flat to me -- showing more than ever what a flat character Josh Manky is. On the other hand, the subplot showing Ron and Wade trying to find a cure for Kim was very enjoyable and showed Ron's devotion to Kim. For those high points, I give the episode an "8"

7 The Opening 5 mins were good but after Kim went out with Josh on that unadvised date it went downhill from there

I give it a 7. It's a good episode, not great good. Loved the part where Ron freaked over the broken wadebot.

Whenever people talk about this episode, I hear nothing but praise. I honestly can't imagine why. It starts off so well, with that opening montage of defeats. The scenes with Ron in the Amazon are quite entertaining. But then you start to think a little...he's there to retrieve the plant that will save Kim from disappearing.
Meanwhile, back in Middleton, Kim is supposed to be staying put in her room...but she's on a date with Josh, and she knows how she gets around him. The episode, to me, is less an exciting race-against-time story than the penance of a hormonally-charged young girl. There is just too much ridiculousness thrown at her...and, for that matter, the audience. It's not too surprising that the tweebs would try something, but how could they see 85% of their sister gone and not notice something wrong? And Embarrassment Ninjas?! Talk about simply not trying.
And then there's Josh. Unlike a lot of the show's fans, I've never had a problem with him, and there are a number of moments where the staff seemed to say, "Don't worry. We don't like him very much, either." Immature much? Examples: Shego's line at the restaurant, Jim and Tim's remark at the french fry-milkshake bit (though that is pretty unusual), Drakken giving it a shot and, of course, the 'Mankey-monkey' scene.
Something else I noticed a few viewings ago: when Kim is being analyzed, the exterior shot of her house shows it to be night, but in the very next scene when Kim shuts herself off from the outside world, the exterior is in the daytime. This is just the thing I need to draw comparisons between this episode and the work of Edward D. Wood, Jr.
Final verdict: 5.
