During Team Impossible Wade was incredibly *Ticked Off* at the people that fried his system like popcorn chicken, and he left his room on HIS terms, on HIS time, to exact his revenge and save the day. In 'Odds', he's playing the sidekick role... something hes' never done before, and Wade expounds on the fact that sidekicking isn't as easy as he thought it would be. Hence, he's extremely stressed, NOT in full control sitting at his consoles, and senses his vulnerabilities. This is something hes' not felt before, and he's clearly scared. Don't blame him a bit, I would be, too. So, I excuse him for being a little 'butterfingered' on his first real-time mission.
Whatcha guys think?

Alright, I"ll give you that one. But I still say that Kim should give him a basic training course so he's better prepared if he has to jump on a mission next time.

In fact Kim should give the whole team actual training....especially Ron.

I get the impression that Kim is afriad of people outshining her on a consistent basis. She seems OK with other members stepping up occasionally (Ron as the Fearless Ferret, Monique in Fashion Victim), but for whatever reason, she doesn't 'train' her allies to be all they can be.
Through Kim's inaction in this matter, I think she may be afraid of losing the 'spotlight' someday. She may be used to being the 'star', and the one who gets most of the praise and attention, but in many eposides she's shown an almost vicious jealous streak whenever any character moves into 'her' territory. It's something I plan to address in an upcoming fanfiction....
BTW: You say this episode 'airs' in a few hours - where? Not seeing it on comcast's schedule anywhere, exept on May7 - which is definitely more than a few hours off....

Odds Man In Premiers in 37 minutes, 13 seconds EST! Odds Man In Premiers in 3 hours, 37 minutes, 13 seconds PST! I did just check my TV guide and it said the same as yours, that it is not on today. However i have been seeing the promo now about 10 times and it does say today. and according to Disney's website "7:00pm Kim Possible : Odds Man In (TV-G) " (this is central time) so 8:00 otherwise at the moment i am confused, but we will know if the episode is on at 4:30 in 30 minutes. edit: It appears the guides are offright now American Dragon Jake Long is on, like it is supposed to be, and the guide says the Replacements are supposed to be on. I am betting 100% that Odds Man In will be on today like we have been expecting. edit2: The Episode just startededit3: Just finished watching it and it was awesome!. Rufus beating up Ron on the panic room was just too funny.

Ron acting like Mr. Burns when he lost his mind ruled all. This whole episode did, actually. I loved all the business-related jokes, and Drakken in a tracksuit with a huge gut at the end was a disturbing, but awesome, visual. Wade acting like a sidekick was an unexpected surprise, too. 9/10, maybe even a 10/10 episode for me.

Donno about yours, but the replacements are on right now, and a KP rerun was on before that - "Showdown at the Crooked D". Titan TV.com however, says that "American Dragon" is on for a 1 hour block - to be followed by a 1 hour block of "Emporer's New School", then a 1 hour block of "Replacements", then a 2-hour block of "That's So Raven".
Confusing indeed - which of these should I check to see when/if "Odds man in" is really on?
(Wish Disney/guides could get all their ducks in a row on this - who wants to MISS the new episodes?)

Nope, He wasn't.

Maybe I've watched too much television, but the whole 'safety first' act turned me off (just as the whole 'flour sack' bit threatened to sink "Big Brother"; both plotlines have been done before, to little effect). Still, Mr. Stoppable and pretty much everything with 'Drakken and Co.' were terrific.
3.5/5

His understanding of risk shattered his egocentric view of the world by coming to realize the unlikeliness of his 'dumb skill' of the past. 5/5

5/5 32 predictions correct
In what had to be one of the coolest episodes of Kim Possible ever, I screamed, yelled, got upset, was on the edge on my seat, danced in excitement of being right, I even threatened and yelled at the TV because of commercials.
So, the episode begins with a small reference to Kim and Ron’s dating life in a rut which NEVER ever appears again in the whole episode. Because Ron learns of his dad’s actuary world and learns about the risk calculation thing and freaks out because Kim has a low survival chance for savin’ the world. Meanwhile, Drakken is working with the wonderful Hank Perkins from the episode in season 2, Sick Day, three years ago (today or tomorrow I believe!) to do various company type things. And, he is working to do the whole Global Warming thing. And just a few days ago, I told my mother a theory: I thought Drakken was at fault for Global Warming!
So, the whole episode happens with tons of drama and fun and me being REALLY into this episode. What sold this episode for me was: the fun beginning scenes, the fact Kim was wearing the new Mission outfit, the fact it was post-Hana (though she made no appearance), and the illusions to Global Warming.
So, here are more highlights to the episode, stuff I like:
*Kim and Ron swinging from wines and in a jeep! *The new mission outfit! *Kim in a backless blue dress! Oooh BABY! Sex-ay! *Me dancing and scream-singing the theme song (I’ve done that all this season, btw) *The explanation of actuaries! *The stupidity of the henchmen! *Hank Perkins is BAAACK! *Drakken: “I just have a problem with the flow of my cash.” *Shego: “Oh it’s never about the money.” *The sloth is back! *Kim should have been toast in the 10 th grade? Please explain her four seasons spanning two years and the last five years then! *Kim annoyed. *The romanticness of Ron not liking the idea of her being hurt. *Ron taking his shirt off. *The trust exercise with the henchmen. *Shego mad that she’s way at the bottom. *Kim: “I’m a Possible. As in ‘Anything is.’ We defy the odds.” *The lab exterior is the same as the Kimber diamond place from Rufus In Show! *Ron: “Don’t you think your odds are better when you skate away from big metal things about to crush you?” Like in Crush, Ron? *Kim talking to Mr. Stoppable. *Drakken being hilarious. *Upperton having cupcakery and Drakken selling it. *The shampoo reference. *Assistant manager for unexpected setbacks? LOL. *Ron being overly freaked out. *Shego: “Please tell me there’s someone else on that conference call.” *Snow in spring! *The wrist Kimmunicator! How did that happen?! When did that happen?! *The panic room! Haha. I loved that movie. *The ref to Job Unfair. *Kim and Ron having that great convo in the Panic Room. I got upset! *Wade going on a mission with Kim. *Kim getting hurt. *Wade having a Kimmunicator. *Rufus beating up Ron. Sorta. *Mr. Stoppable: “Some things are worth the risk.” *Assistant Manager for Climatic Action! *Ron dressing up like a henchmen. I was reminded of Star Wars! *The henchmen leaving. *Global Warming ness *The great fight at the end! *Team Possible together! I love it. *Ron sittin’ in the backseat? *The tag!
