Caught this today. Don't ask how. - the whole 'erased' angle was interesting, but shame about the weak jokes - Mathter straddled the line between annoying and amusing, particularly in his dialogue (to the person(s) who said that this guy was non-threatening, a - refer to the first point and b - you wanna talk non-threatening...two words: Chester Yapsby) - without his brothers, Hego's a little weird...and funny - I've never (and don't think I will ever) understood the dislike of Mr. and Mrs. Stoppable; if nothing else, this ought to change, and here's just what the haters need to rethink their attitudes - speaking of Mr. S...has anyone here seen Monster House, 'cause there's this character called Chowder... - I was very much annoyed at the whole 'Ron looking for a hero' thing; he is not that dense Overall...3/5. She didn't feel sorry for him, imo. It just wasn't worth her time to mock someone who looked so obviously ridiculous. ^^ Ding-ding-ding! We have a winner.

Oh, I think we all know how you caught this episode, wink wink nudge nudge. Oh, wait; I'm supposed to DO that, not say it. Ah, well. - speaking of Mr. S...has anyone here seen Monster House, 'cause there's this character called Chowder... Oh, my. The likeness is uncanny! (Advisory note, you're stretching the screen with the two images being side by side. If you can just stagger them like I did, that'd be fine.)

As you can obviously see, I fixed it.
The resemblance just cracked me right up.

I wrote this on May 3rd as my official review of this episode:
I thought this episode as TERRIBLE. I mean really. It is borderline Grande Size Me. The villain is really dumb, and like his math-based puns were really stupid. Everything he said was a badly written math joke. The whole villain side of the plot was terribly written, and badly planned out by the writers. The other side of the story involved Kim and Ron writing a paper on one of their heroes. Let me just say that seeing Mr. Stoppable in a cape is not why I watch this show. Ron making everything explode when he touches it was really dumb. Besides, he was in a containment bubble the whole time, so hardly anything really exploded. That plot line could have really been explored more. Finally, I thought the whole episode was badly rushed, and nothing really was developed as far as it should have been. I did like one thing in this episode: the closing tag. Barkin's joke in it was hilarious.
Overall: 3/10

I almost broke my lungs laughing at this one scene: Ron : "He's like a homework villain?" - Ron, about The Mathter Hego: "He's been bent on revenge ever since Go City denied him funding for his unethical mathematical experiements" - Hego about The Mathter LOL, unethical math experiments is there such a thing!? And what sort of funding would it need anyway!!?? I love it!

5/5 12 predictions correct
After waiting a month and not seeing the episode prior to it’s airing on tv, I saw Mathter and Fervent. Weird name, good episode, but I kinda felt bored. It must have been because of the math. See, I hate math with every fibre of my being. But, I put up with it, because of Kim Possible. I tended to be more quiet watching this episode for some reason. But, quietness aside, the episode was interesting and cool.
Answering the question of who is your hero without picking your best friend/better half/girlfriend/woman of your dreams is Ron Stoppable on Father’s Day! My hero is Kim, lame as that sounds. Ron had to deal with problems with math four years ago and two season ago in ‘Naked Genius; and he had to deal with an actual math villain in this episode, today that hit Ron with some weapon that made Ron completely unable to touch anything, inanimate or living without blowing it up. Kind of like my favorite character in X-Men, the beautiful Rogue, who can’t touch anyone. It’s really sad, as he can’t touch Kim. If only MC Hammer’s “Can’t Touch This” came on. But, being that this episode premiered on Father’s Day, the father thing had to come to the forefront, Mr. Stoppable saves the day. And Hego, Shego’s brother (Shego makes no appearance, to my shock) is in on the episode ever. I think this episode is helping with my inexplicable hate of Mr. Stoppable.
And here are the highlights of the episode: *The scene before the opening credits. Hilarious! *The Hero assignment. That’s almost as AWESOME as the assignment in Rappin’ Drakken! *Mr. Stoppable wearing a cape! *Ron apparently is just as embarrassed by his dad as Kim once was. *Ron’s first choice: Martin Smarty! *The Police going after Mr Stoppable. *Bonnie on the phone. *Ron’s second choice: Hego! *What Hego does in his spare time? The question answered! *Hego using the word, plethora which is like my favorite word EVER. *Kim scolding Ron for making fun of the Mayor’s Lisp. *Unethical Mathematical experiments. We found the DNAmy of Math. *The lame math puns. *Kim kicked some ass great in the episode. *Mr. Stoppable doing all that stuff to impress Ron. *Mathter erasing Ron. So cool! *The lame explosions. *Ron as a bubble boy. Crazy cool. *Kim: “What about the time you parachuted into the U.N. without your pants?” –OMG, I LOVE THAT! I wish I was there. *Ron being all “no capes!” Reminds me of Edna Mode. *That getting into the lair was so cool! *That fight with Mathter and Mr. Stoppable. *That was a cool group of good guys, Kim, Ron, Rufus, Hego, and Mr. Stoppable. *Kim hugging Ron and then saying, “I was starting to think I’d never get to do that again.” That made me cry! *Ron getting an A+ on his assignment!

Finally saw it (must...get...broadband - nuff said) and, going in, I had to take into consideration some folks were saying this episode is Grande Size Me bad.
Okay, yes, it is...except, I watched that episode at noon today, and guess what, repeated viewings of it aren't as bad as the first few. It's actually growing on me.
This one could grow on me too. I've developed a little bit of fondness for Mr. S - though a lot of that is because the direction I took his character in my fics, but still "Gene" (my name, not canon) is a pretty cool Dad, and yeah, Ron was particularly dense about the whole thing, but I can relate (long story)
The Mathter himself...utterly and completely lame on purpose. Kim even said so. The bit with the lisping mayor (he sounded like Sylvester the cat) was cliche, but still funny. I almost fell out of my chair when Hego was singing Oh Boyz into a banana in his PJs. Later, when he was just in his boxers...well - no comment (*adjusts his own shorts*)
I've got to say, by this point, mad love for KP's new duds. I like 'em, they make Kim look much more vibrant and sexy!
Now, is it just me, or were those henchmen nothing but punching bags? I don't think Hego even used his glow against them (gotta watch the tape again)
On a side note: Disney REALLY NEEDS TO CHECK THEIR PROMOS. They made it look like there was a whole special devoted to that French Rat movie (which, oddly, I want to see) while still running commercials showing KP at 8. What's worse, they ran at least one crawl during the mini-marathon earlier in the day saying it was on at nine. Uh, DUMB!!! I almost changed the channel when they went right into the Rat hype! Glad I suspected what they were really doing and stuck it out.

Having seen this episode, several times since its premire in the UK, I have to say I enjoy this episode greatly, fourth favorite this season. ;D Importent Point: The humor in this ep feels somewhat differing then that of others, but still keeps you laughing, with Mr. Stoppable getting tackled by police and Hego talking to fingerpuppet versions of his younger brothers come to mind, priceless moments. LOL! There was some great romance in this ep! The action was kickin', to say the least. Great character development on Mr. Stoppable and Hego! Mathter is more annoying then Aviarius and Electronique, but the most interesting of the three. And the most amusing! -- Overall Rating: 4/5 (once again, in my top five episodes this season)

I didn't think anymore of Mathter than I did Aviarius. Though, he did have a sexy comb-over thing. I think hannah will adore him.I like, psychicly predicted the part in bold - turned out to be true ;D

This EP got a HIGH 4/5 from me. Not even close to Grande Size Me or Cap'N Drakken bad. I saw it what over 7 weeks ago now. I did not catch it today. I have seen it enough. Can never get enough of that hug at the end and Rons "Oh, That's Nice".

You know you've been corrupted by this board when you see that scene and thing Ron would say "Oh, the pain, she's stabbing me to death with her pointies!"
