I'll save a detailed review for later. But main things I noticed about the episode:
Mr Stoppable wanting to be a hero - seemed a little bit strained. I didn't feel convinced.
You only see Hego in this episode. The rest of Team Go are on a cruise or something.
As Hego's on his own in Go Tower, he's uber bored. You see him dress down a lot - wayyyyyy down. When Kim and Ron first see him, he's singing an Oh Boyz song in his jammies! Later, we see him in nothing but his blue sea-horse boxers! *squeam!* That man is BUFF!
Mathter was lame, but dangerous. He came out with corny math-threats for every sentence he said, like: "Your numbers up!" or "It's time to subtract you!" I didn't think anymore of Mathter than I did Aviarius. Though, he did have a sexy comb-over thing. I think hannah will adore him.
Ron doesn't blow up stuff, he vaporizes it. And it's not just stuff he touches with his hands, it's his whole body. Which is odd, 'cause you'd think he'd have vaporized his clothes off!
There's one really nice shippy moment at the end of the episode, an awesome hug between Kim and Ron, after Ron's been cured. Kim: "I thought I'd never be able to do that again" < paraphrased.
Overall, good episode - but it's a bit of a filler.
EDIT: Oh, and the Wikipedia article is 100% accurate.
Nabusan to the rescue! nice review. I figured the B story with Mr. Stoppable would be kinda lame like that. And the Team go villains could probably never be as entertaining as Drakken or Shego and most of Team possibles other villains. Still can't wait to see the episode though.

Big Hug sounds Geat.
Did Kim say anything to Ron when he said he wanted to choose Kim as his hero. I think it's sweet how he wanted Mrs Dr Possible after that also. ;D
