Fianlly, I get a chance to review this eppy!
Anway, very, very solid episode from start to finish. Shego acting good was a strange sight, ful humor-filled nevertheless. I would had never pictured Shego with the puppy dog pout. That was classic! Team Go acting bad was something out of the ordinary though...very compelling. Loved Drakken btw...dude needs to work out. lol

Or figure out which way to turn the pickle jar. Seriously, I'm sure he was turning it the wrong way, at least in the first scene. Not sure which way Shego turned it; she was too small to really tell.

By the way, during the big fight just before Ron turns evil, Electronique says "Evil up, Hego!" Reference to ADJL anyone?

By the way, during the big fight just before Ron turns evil, Electronique says "Evil up, Hego!" Reference to ADJL anyone? I don't know, the "(insert blank) up" saying has been around a long time. There was "Hulk it up", "Beef it up", "Suck it up", "Batter up", just to name a few.

I might not be the first one to think this but when Ron is asking Kim if she wants to go see the new bricks of fury movie she says she would rather see the chick flick "The Memo Pad". I think the title, "The Memo Pad" is a parody of the real chick flick "The Notebook". Or maybe I'm over analyzing it.

Well, Bricks of Fury is a parody on Fists of Fury. Shows like this always take parodies on well-known movies, TV shows and businesses so that legal issues aren't brought up.

When Ron got turned evil, I really found myself hoping he would manage to turn Kim evil as well, leaving good!Shego to save the day.
Oh well, Evil Ron was as awesome as I could've hoped for. It would be nice to see him make a fully fleshed out return with a real scheme, not just an on-the-spot:
1.) Turn Kim evil. 2.) ? ? ? 3.) Profit!
I can always dream, I suppose.

this ep was AWSOME!!!! i was kinda like why is shego nice uummm but then i turned out to be really good. Question: i wonder if shego really likes 'Stevie' cuz in the end she told drakin to wait just to see what he would do . And why does shego have a degree in education.. of all professions . i guess we r see another side to her

Actually Drakken and his henchmen were all turning the jar the RIGHT way (for normal jars) Shego at the end opened it by turning it the wrong way. Probably a Henchco product.

Actually, no he wasn't. If you look closely at the first Drakken vs Pickle Jar, you'll notice he was turning it towards stage right. That's clockwise, which is the wrong way to open a jar. I couldn't tell with the henchmen or Shego, but Drakken was definitely going clockwise.

Actually I watched the episode again and noticed he first tried it clockwise, then tapped it with his knife, then switched hands and tried it counter-clockwise. He just couldn't get it open (though you have to realize the futility of it when he blasts it with a ray gun and it's unharmed).

I'm curious about how people are taking Ron's comment on the double date. When Kim tells good-Shego not to bring up world domination, Ron chimes in with "or marriage." Did he mean that he didn't want to consider Shego and Barkin possibly getting married, or did Ron actually bring that up on his first date with Kim?
I'm also wondering if perhaps it's another sly hint about their future, just like the magno-rings in Car Alarm.

5/5I finally got around to see this ep, and gawd, I LOVED it! ;D I'm guessing the Kigo fans are the most overjoyed about this episode, but the whole Shego/Kim relationship can also be interpreted like a sane, normal, non-slashy one, like a sister's or friend's relationship. In my opinion the Shego/Kim interaction was great! ;D Also, Barkin dating Shego??? omg! priceless! that was so darn funny! And, you can call me crazy, but I think even the Drakken/Shego fanatics got their little part, when Drakken yells at the end "SHEGO! I need you!" and Shego says "... he needs me" rawr! Interpret as you like XD So in general, the plot was great, the ep made me laugh a lot and we see some new and fresh ideas (some of them not as new, like the Kigo thing), but it was a great ep! ;D PS. Is it just me... or the writters love to use the photobooth snapshots to send subliminal messages? XD

Did he mean that he didn't want to consider Shego and Barkin possibly getting married, or did Ron actually bring that up on his first date with Kim? I'm also wondering if perhaps it's another sly hint about their future, just like the magno-rings in Car Alarm. Hmm, I hadn't considered that Ron had experience sticking his foot in his mouth... in that particular way, at least. When I heard those lines, I thought that Ron was saying either, "don't bring up marriage on a first date," or "don't even bring up world domination up if you're getting married!" And now, after reading your post, we can also add "Shego, DON'T MARRY BARKIN!" and "I tried bringing it up, trust me, don't." What if Ron had talked about it on their first date? Well, assuming that they're counting the school dance at the end of StD as their first real date.... If Kim had only recently started to think of Ron as potentially more than a best friend, or even if she had been thinking of it for some time but hadn't thought that far into the future, then bringing up marriage at that point... well, it would be a major paradigm shift for her, and major paradigm shifts while still adjusting from the last one can make for awkweird moments. Thus, Ron's advice to not bring it up on a first date. Given a time to reflect on it at leisure, I suspect that the idea of two partners continuing to be partners for the rest of their lives would feel natural to both of them... but not when faced at once on the first date. Of course, there's also the possibility that Kim brought up marriage on the first date. ;D

I think Ron's comment on not mentioning marriage on a first date was more on the basic rules of dating. After all, she was naive enough to actually bring up world domination.

I'd love to see Barkin pursue Shego. Not because I want them together, but because it would be the funniest thing ever. Especially for her to be all, "Awww, how sweet~" before rejecting him in a dramatic and humorous way (catapult, trap door, etc)

It was an awesome episode. I loved the shego and barkin date thing. I also liked to see all the mayhem that Team Go made when they were evil PLus: I liked it when Ron/ Zorpox said: evil, I will show you evil and also I loved it when he called electronique an evil poser!
Ps: is it just me or does electronique look similar to Kim... but with darker hair, a different vioce, a different look and with her hair up like some wierdo?
