I was kind of disappointed with this epp, I did not care for their treatment of Mr. Barkin I see him as a man you can rely on when the chips are down, not a cowardly cur. I liked the prier portrayal of him as someone said before as a PTSD vet he is to young for Vietnam and I do not see him in GW-1 I always guessed he was special forces and saw one too many missions. I want to hold out hope like others have said that in the final he is to have a strong part in it; I would love to see him in a Major Kong type scene like in Dr. Strange love but this is Disney.
I don't really fancy this episode much. Ron didn't get any respect from the kid he was trying to tutor throughout the episode. At the end, Drakken captured everyone and was about to destroy Kim when that little punk arrived to stop him. That didn't seem like a proper way for Drakken to be hauled back to jail (I hope the finale makes up for it). Also, the brat didn't do it for Kim and others, he was only trying to save Rufus and the otters. Finally, while there was a cute K/R moment, we didn't see them kiss. If you ask me, this episode wasn't one of S4's best (though it was much better than "Grande Size Me").

I watched this again the other day. I tell you what now that I'm not so paranoid about K/R and that it's now In Stone that they are together forever I can enjoy the episodes a lot more. I have to say the writing in this episode is fabolous. The ending lines were written brilliantly.
