I didn't mind Shego being a gold digger, I mean- I thought it fit.

Respect and honor, you need to watch some Anime, there are tons of characters in which honor and respect means a lot. It means more in the Far East, than in the West.
If real Anime is to much, you can watch the Americanised Anime show Avatar: The Last Airbender.
KP is more about american capitalist values, and here we value money.
One point on Shego being a golddiger, these rich old guys marry these young supermodels. The girls marry for money, the rich old guy marries for looks. I think the rich old guys know the girls only around for the money, they don't mind. It is fair exchange, one party gets money, the other party get you know.
I am sure Martin Smarty wasn't in love with Shego. So what is so wrong about that? Everyone is happy.

I don't know, I guess Shego strikes me as more of the independant type.
Why do you need to marry for money when you can just steal everything you want?

*Ninnik melts* AAAAAWWWWWW! I am reminded why it was Ron that occasionally made me bother to check out the show even if I got a bad first impression and thought it sucked. I mean, just look at-- AAAAWWWW! ;D ;D I need to see this episode! I wish I could magically relocate myself to the US for half an hour or something so I could be allowed access to this episode! GRRR! And another one! Why is everybody looking so sad? Must...watch...

After 3 viewings, I've come to the conclusion that this is most definitely a 5/5 episode, even if my favorite character exhibits digressive behavior at the end . I would not be surprised if this becomes the highlight of season 4 (outside of the finale, of course).

I know, so do I. Everyone is giving it such a high rating and saying that it was hilarious. I certainly don't want to be left out.

Ooooh, I finally got a chance to see it. It's great! I was giggling at several points throughout it, which is the most I can do, being as I'm sitting in the library at the present moment. It had some decent KR shippiness, good Drakken banter, and Frugal Lucre! Aiyeeeeeee... what could possibly go wrong?
Even Shego in her crazy wig and all was pretty good. I think I'll watch it again before I pass a vote, but all in all, it was a pleasant taste of the KP I've come to love and adore.

Okay here are is my lowdown on this episode: +More Shego! Yes! +Shego in a blond wig? and looking hot still?! Yes! Hello Ms. Wobakoff. +K/R Moment near the end. "Okay that time I was a genius..." They actually kiss...off screen though. +Drakken and his no touchy policy. Now my misses: -Ron as a life coach? seriously... -The machine army bit...gets kind of old. And to use the ones at smarty mart?...talk about tacky. Are those even military grade ones? -The URC is a Deus Ex machina if I ever saw one. -Barkin wigging out. We already saw that in Fashion Victim, Mr. B is getting weirder. -The annoying brat freedom fighter Arty. Theres a difference between fighting for freedom and being an anarchist kid. The bad somehow outweighs the good but all in all not a bad episode. A four out of five from me. And Shego liking the guy for his money works for me too. I mean what she really seems to value is her own person, notice how she never really kisses him or offers herself, she is perfectly fine with Martin Smarty spoiling her yet it doesn't mean she's going to give something back in return. Totally something an independent girl like her would do. Did you also notice how there is a sort of more sweet and girl side of Shego? She loves Hydrangea! But then again she was like..."Uh...Wooing." How do you win someone like Shego then?!

OMG! Drakken as a mentor, Barkin in the life boat, "This is why I can't have nice things!", "I'm not touching you!", Shego in blonde AND that green dress....
My inner fangirl was VERY thrilled with this episode. Especially with the Shego-ness. *sigh* Love her. Love her. Love her. Though if the Mr. Smarty thing had gone any further I was going to throw something. And yeah, I can see her being a gold digger. Yes, she can steal the things she wants but how much easier would it be to just marry in to your own private islands and such without having to work for them? Independent she is but she likes the luxurious things in life enough for it to be a tempting offer, I think.
And oh, the Hydrangea thing! So cute.

Sorry Trombe, she's from Norway, which means, to Disney... NO WATCHEE!
Of course, being a Canucklehead, I'm in the same boat, and I can't find a *&^%$#@ proxy that works long enough, or should I say at all, for me to watch it.

But if she did You may be on to something there. I just thought it was because SHE WANTED too...not because Martin Smarty demanded it..but the guy wasn't complaining thats for sure.

The bit with Shego at the end is so short - like 30 seconds of the ep. I can't say I liked it - I rationalized it that Shego was just flirting with him to figure out a way to rob the guy better xD. I could see with her mercenary ways that she would go so far as to kiss someone or flirt with them to get herself at least the knowledge of the money and the assests, but not so far as to marry for it. And if she did marry, our girl would ditch him at the altar. Shego is an independent woman. And I think she was just pleasantly surprised that he had picked her favorite flower, not necessarily anything more. I am a huge Shego fan but what I think is that this end bit didn't effect the overall brilliance of The Mentor of Our Discontent. I mean, Frugal Lucre... was in it. Isn't that enough? Must we have everything?

Yeah, I was gonna add some sort of comment about how I totally understand why you love Ron, especially after this, but I just forgot.
