Welcome DefyingGravity4 and Twinkie2! Always nice to have new fans join in the fun here at RS.net - hope you enjoy the stay! As for the "ending" of Monkeyfist (which is how I always referred to it)... The way I see it, we actually honored MF with this episode. How many villains will get a full episode dedicated to wrapping up their villainous arc? It may not be the ending that you'd want for your favorite foe, but I think the fact that he was given an "ending" is really a credit to his character. Yeah, if he's getting an ending like that - it shows that he's above the average villain. Like Duff.

I guess you all have found out this....but one of Ron's quotes made me wonder if it had a double meaning. When Ron said: ''MONKEY FIST! Dude, you're going down hard.'', it's interesting that it was exactly what was going to happen to Monty. Ron didn't know it of course, but the quote could indeed be a hint to the fate. Monty went down (slowly buried into the ground) hard (hard as stone).
I have nothing to say about 'Oh No! Yono!' really. It sounds kind of ''lazy''...but I agree with what everyone else have said. My opinions are mostly general, all over the Monty-related threads.

Oooh, nice find on the Ron quote! I hadn't noticed! And yeah, the title's kinda lame. I wonder how many hours were spent thinking that up ^^

But for some reason...I do agree with you there too.

Okay, maybe this has already been mentioned in this thread, (I don't have the time or paitience to go through 21 pages), but does Ron's teaching of Hana strike anyone as a reference to the original Karate Kid film?
The idea of simple tasks like turning a page and dancing to the Flippies being easily translated into martial arts moves just sounds too much like the whole "wax on-wax-off" thing that Daniel-son had going with Mr. Miagi.
It's just a little something I picked up on.

Oooh, you should do screencaps for wallaceb(!) Well, if you save your iTunes vids in a screencap-taking format ^^ It's already been discussed, and Wallace reluctantly declined because all of the current hotlinks everyone uses from the site wouldn't show the same image afterwards. I don't blame him, it's a very good reason.

I'm just really curious about who's the one who's being overly harsh and putting the lowest of ratings for almost EVERY season 4 KP episode aired to date?

I really do hope that this isn't the end of what is to come with Rons MMP. A number of things made me think that it isn't the first was when Ron was bound by the monkeys he said "Why doesn't my monkey powers come when I need em?" I thought the same thing when I heard that, and it would be kinda dissapointing to finish out the MMP story arc without Ron ever really using his MMP. (I mean, what the heck was the point of even giving them to him, then?) It has been said by TPTB that Ron will have a big role in the finale. (Maybe even to the point of it being him who winds up saving the world this time around.) If this turns out to be the case, I can't think of a better situation for Ron to finally let loose with some monkey-mojo and finally tap into the full power within him. As a side note, I wonder what a full-mystical-monkey-power-up would look like. I like to think it would look something like a super saiyan power-up in Dragon Ball Z. Anyone else have thoughts on the matter? Yeah I agree with you about Rons MMP being like summit out of DBZ I reckon that if summit like that does happen then it maybe summit like an anime style thing. We got a first hint of that in 'exchange' where Ron kicks the ground AND his hair raises up (kinda like DBZ) I read a thread where one of the creators said that the scene from Exchange was inspired by Akira (one of the best Manga films ever in my book) and I think that if it is true about Ron and his powers playing a vital Role in the finale then I think maybe it will be like that. I have a theory on the finale but I saw summit on the thread saying no spoilers for the finale so I won't.

He's on the same caliber of Drakken and Shego. Duff Killigan is not a good villain. He's had only one real episode to himself and then for the rest of the series, he is there, he is relatively unneeded and not posing any real threat of his own, just hanging out with Drakken and Shego and Monkey Fist.

I believe Ron's MMP is not gone, his archfoe might have been but nothing has been said that his powers are gone forever... As for the MMP in full view watch Exchange for Lotus blade and Monkey Fist Strikes for other powers such as super strength and Monkey Kung Fu mastery.

Kinda late, I know, but yeah, with the right tools, I can have a backup collection of the whole season soon enough (Apple should have allowed in the first place) all without losing a drip of quality. And just in case anyone asks, NO, I won't be passing DRM free copies out... they're for my own archival purposes (which is in the confines of "Fair Use" policies) until Disney gets their act together and sells boxsets. Oooh, you should do screencaps for wallaceb(!) Well, if you save your iTunes vids in a screencap-taking format ^^ yep as will said, the main reason i am reluctant to replace my current caps is because all the the thousands of hotlinks all over the net would no longer show the same image they are now. the one way i will replace all my caps without hesitation would be if they release more episodes on dvd. (though, Will's Itunes eps are dvd quality, they do not have the same resolution that a DVD would have)

I think it was a voting option.
But an explanation for bringing down the 5/5 average would have been nice.
