Yeah, the whole pet shop thing was hilarious. "My sister came from a pet shop?!" LOL.
Kim and Ron alone babysitting was enough to set my fanfic mind a-brewing. Curse you little plot bunnies!

This one is the darkest, most K/R related, most freaky and most unimaginable episode I have ever watched.... It's perfect.... definitely a Booyah.

A very surprising episode.
Biggest Wow. They killed off Monkey Fist. I certainly didn't see that one coming.
Although, he's considerably less "dead" than, say, the Huntsman, being turned to stone instead of vaporized. In terms of "in-universe", somebody's probably gonna release him after a century or so. Still, for the purposes of the show, killed off is killed off.
The final showdown was also completely unexpected and unpredictable in a good way; instead of a standard Kung Fu fight, Hana defeats Yono with dancing. Guess Ron's total randomness actually came in handy after all.
Other episode highlights:
I liked how Ron asked why his monkey powers never show up when he needs them after he got dogpiled by the monkey ninjas. I was thinking the exact same thing. Guess the writers have gotten pretty good at reading our minds.
I liked how the "this was our way of telling you" quote got used as a running gag. Guess that's officially Mr. and Mrs. Stoppable's trademark line.

A spectaculer episode all around! My second favorite to Stop Team Go! SPOLERS AHEAD! -- Loved the bridge they formed between this, Big Bother, and several other episodes (A Sitch In Time comes to mind) with callbacks, flashbacks, and great moments in genaral ("This is my way of telling you!"). Wonderful, emotional and touching scenes for Hana and Ron. Made me cheer them on and want to cry at the same time. Kim and Ron kiss, on screen, no interuptions required. Hana kicked major butt here! And all while jamming to a Wiggles parody group. LOL! And the end of Monkey Fist , I seriously doubt he's coming back from that. Oh, but the fan fiction possiblites! (mind spins with ideas) -- Dramatic fight scenes, amazing animation, and a much darker tone make this ep one of the strongest ever! Rockin'! 5/5

Hmmmm... I missed the first few minutes of the episode, so I have to rewatch it again to make a sound judgement. Yet from what I've seen, I admit it was exciting but somehow disappointing at the same time. Maybe it was using dark elements that made me feel that it was not worthy of KP. (shrug) Anyway, I find it silly that Ron didn't knew he was to train Hana to fight Yono, yet how could someone train a ninja baby to fight? It was funny in the end that Hana's 'dancing' to the Friggles tired Yono out. It comes to show that a hyperactive baby can even tire out super bad guys. Hmmm... Was that a slight catfight between Kim and Yori even though they didn't recognized each other at first? Maybe this was a Steve's small gift for fans who want to see a Kim/Yori catfight. ;D Gee, I was expecting Ron to save the day, but in the end it was Hana, even though she didn't knew what she was doing. Of course, it was a touching scene to show Kim and Ron kissing and then little sister Hana comes into their arms. Awww! So given Yori's words, Hana actully have two big sisters along with Big Brother Ron. Cool with me! Now Yori is officially part of Hana's family, making her friendship with Ron and Kim more the valuable. Okay now... Can someone please explain to me why Monkey Fist has to be turned to stone and get buried along with the Yono monkey shrine? Was it because Yono lost and Monkey Fist then have to take his place instead of Kim? (Kim was on top of the shrine.) This was the saddest part of the episode given it pretty much ends the Monkey Fist saga of KP (unless someone wakes Monkey Fist, which I doubtful given they have to get pass Yamanouchi first to do so). So yeah, this was an excited episode and it was touching at some points. Just as I said, I felt disappointed at the same time. I just have to rewatch the episode to perhaps put things in perspective, for I feel this was the weakest of the four Yori/Yamanouchi episodes. (shrug)

Actually, it looked more like that valley where the shrine was. So I'm guessing the valley was close by.

They were fighting right there in Yamanouchi, and when Ron returned, he found the shrine there.
