<center><b>Larry’s Birthday Review</b></center>
5/5 19 predictions correct.
Geeking out. That phrase describes both Larry and me as I watched this episode. It was a fun and crazy episode where I had complete fun. I cussed at the characters and events. I yelled, geeked out, predicted something as it happened, was in bliss, and more.
So, in this episode, it is Larry’s Birthday, as the title of the episode says. He’s 19 years old. And me? Absolutely delighted that he is the same of my age. Although, I’m practically 20. Just like I get when I watch Terminator, Star Wars episodes 2 and 4, and other stuff. So, Larry’s Birthday is going on and Kim is to be the one who distracts him from his surprise party. And then, Dementor comes in being all crazy about wanting the battle suit. All the while, I’m thinking, “THAT WAS AT THE BEGINNING OF THE SEASON!” So, Larry ends up captured by Dementor and the geek and the Nacospeak kind of get along.
So the highlights:
*Seeing the battlesuit being worn over the new mission suit. *The Battlesuit score. *That Puma and Ron’s reference to Blush, season 2: “We’re going to need a bigger boat. And Water.” Also sounds to be a Jaws reference. Good movie, saw it two years ago last month. Scary as hell. I got the Blush reference second viewing in and the Jaws ref as I typed the review. The cat was named SASSY! That’s the name of one of my favorite fictional cats! Homeward Bound! I thought it was a mountain lion at first. *Ron: “I’m, like, barely a man.” Please be referring to the fact that you’ve just turned 18 or something like that. Or else, me, Kim, every female Kim Possible fan, and Nabu will be very upset. And he also references to Ron the Man. *Battlesuit still messes up. *Dementor is still obsessing over the battlesuit. It’s been almost 7 months! *Myron. Being related to Dementor. I wanna meet his sister! *Hana! I so screamed in happiness when I saw her. I love that BABY. *The Cuddle Buddy collection. I love you, Kim. I love you. You are geeky like that. *Kim: “Do you ever read any real novels?” And here I was yelling “PLEASE SAY HARRY POTTER!” *The Fearless Ferret. *Charlotte and Larry’s relationship. I love IT! *Ned! *Larry: “DON’T START WITH ME, CHARLOTTE!” *Larry and Charlotte watching Kim fight and arguing. *Kim going through a privet hedge. It wasn’t a privet hedge but I just wanted to say the word privet. Neener! *Aunt June. She’s definitely James’ sister. I spent 4 years hoping she was Mrs. Possible’s sister. Just because. *Larry is older than Kim by 2 years. *Larry being annoying to Dementor *Hana going on a recon mission and Ron baby talking her. I do that to my dachsie. *Dementor talking like a Nacospeak Yoda. *Larry: “No spoilers.” -- I love you, Larry! *Larry thinking it’s an RPG. *Hana talking. “Echo!” *Charlotte: “More like the alternate timeline version of Team Unusual.” Larry: “DON’T START, CHARLOTTE!” Anybody get the feeling that was a reference to KP: ASIT? I did. *The henchmen completely messing up Kim’s room. I was so PISSED for her. I was like, STOP IT! STOP MESSING WITH HER THINGS! *Larry breaking the ELBD. I so called it. “He’s gonna break it!” *explosion* “I got it!” *James Possible just knowing what was going on. *Larry knocking Kim out. I got very angry. *Yay for Timeshare lairs! *Ron figuring it out. Thank you, Babe. *Larry savin the day. *How Ron kept revealing Kim’s secrets to Larry. Please, NO ONE GET HIM DRUNK. He’ll probably tell everything possible to everyone. *The tag.
*deep sigh* And now, we prepare for the last two episodes of the series. Are you ready? Well, it’s just like hide-and-seek. Ready or not, here it comes.
Okay, I really, really love this episode! That was 100% old school KP! Yes, the plot seemed to be heavily inspired by "The Man Who Knew Too Little", but at least the Simpsons didn't do it. ;D Dementor has never been funnier than here and for the first time ever I can say, that I liked to see him as a villain! There was seriously NOTHING bad about this episode, although it will definitely never be mentioned together with the "big" episodes like "Stop Team Go" or "Emotion Sickness". It was just 100% fun.
