Back to the Future: The Game (Telltale) ;D. It has some continuity issues with the movies, but many parts of it really does feel like proper BttF material, so I'm happy. And boy, did I ever need something light-hearted after the depressing endings of the last three games I played. Somebody get the game developers of the world some happy pills! Seriously!!
Also, I got myself A PS3 headset for Christmas, and I'm itching to co-op with some RS.netters! ;D I've got Red Dead Redemption + Undead Nightmare, and I'm waiting for Dead Rising 2 to arrive. Fair warning tho; my console gaming skillz are kinda rusty...
Lastly: Ridiculously belated thanks to Shadi and Sworder for clearing up A few things way back when. Had completely forgotten the plot to season 2. Derp.

Mass Effect 2. I've been considering getting BTTF myself... it looks to be a good series, but I'm re-dealing with ME2 first. ... two months. Surprised you remembered us. You're welcome, nonetheless.

I don't remember any continuity issues. Then again, I might have missed them because I went into complete fanboy mode while playing. So yeah I was playing that, and: Goldeneye 007 (Wii remake) Gran Turismo 5 Quake (old school) Doom 3 Freelancer (finally getting some videos done for my Let's Play) Speaking of which, you can see those videos here (watch episodes 10 and up in HD).

Also, according to the movies, there were no Brown family in Hill Valley in the thirties; Doc's family moved to America after the war (before that they were the "von Brauns" ). There. I'll earn my nerd stripes yet! ;D -- Dead Rising 2. That game is like crack, man!! Sweet, sweet crack!!

I'll earn my nerd stripes yet! ;D [/img]
There's actually A line of dialog when you talk to Doc that explains how the DeLorean is there. Apparently when the DeLorean got struck by lightning in Part 2, it created A second DeLorean that traveled 70 years into the future (2025). Doc accidentally stumbled across it and nabbed it before something bad could happen. Like it or not, Zemeckis and Gale approved it, so it's canon. Also, the Browns moved to Hill Valley in 1908 (as the Von Brauns), and Doc's father changed their name during World War I. Watch the scene when Marty and 1955 Doc are in the library after discovering Doc's grave in BTTF Part 3.
I played A bit of Minecraft recently.

Checked it, and you're absolutely right on both counts (dammit!). Didn't know how much teaser-y gold I'd missed on my first playthrough, so I'm glad I played it again. Kinda rushed it the first time to get to the cutscenes. Also, that lightning does (or did) whatever the current plot needs it to, doesn't it? Oh well, best not to overthink the science-babble and enjoy the ride. Like, say, "shouldn't there be two Doc. Browns running around as well, then?" and "wouldn't the lightning in the first movie have done the same?". None of that! ;D Lastly, I'm fairly certain Gale and Zemeckis have been keeping to their strict "not on the silver screen = not canon" philosophy, though I suspect that's only to cover their asses if they're ever going to write a fourth script. I'm not 100% sure because you've made me question my memory!

Back to the Future: The Game, Ep. 2 While the first ep. was solid nostalgia-fuel, ep. 2 earns a HELL YES!! from me. XD Not to mention a HOLY CRAP, naco JUST GOT REAL!!! A flying DeLorean? I haven't seen one of those in... 20 years.... (fanboy squeal) If you haven't checked it out yet, the first ep is available for free download on telltale.com. Pull your finger out and get clicking!

Bulletstorm. I dunno, the games have good plot, but... they're just too easy. And this comes from someone who sucks at adventure games.

True, if you're looking for a challenge you're better off looking elsewhere. I've wasted time trying to be clever more than once, only to find out I just have to click on something to move on. I could nitpick on other stuff as well, but no. The gameplay is not the reason I'm aching for ep. 3.
The story, however... whoo boy! I get goosebumps just thinking about it! XD

Mirror's Edge.
...and after over A year since I got said game - I've finally beaten it. I know people say it's short - but it's only short when you know what you're doing - which I don't.
Finally I can trade it in for something... I'm thinking MvC3 at the moment since there's not many 360 games I care much for at this time...
Not that it really matters at the moment - The next game I'm buying's gonna be Pokémon White anyway...
---
and Yea, I too have noticed that the Telltale games are, as far as adventure games go, pretty easy. Probably to keep all age groups pre-occupied or something I guess... :\
