Is if they had the final episode having Ron show the villains he is just as powerful as Kim and they all changed there opinions on him. That would be a nice little ending for him ;D

Yeah, instead of referring to him as "Kim Possible's goofy sidekick", they would finally remember his name, at least those who never took him seriously.

Exacly, Drakken could be all " You know, maybe your not such a buffoon after all!" Ron" Really? Monkey Fist "Well I knew that all along battling him and all"

You know what, I actually agree! Ron deserves it. Especially if it's the finale.

I would rather have that built up over the season, instead of it just being one singular epi. I mean, the show is about Kim AND Ron, not just Ron. That would make the last episode kind of boring, IMHO. I would like to see some character development into villians respecting him, but just one ep? It would be too quick.

Well if you watched Ill Suited already its kind of developing to where Ron doesn't have any confidence in himself becuase Bonnie makes fun of him. So it is kind of developing....And any ways Kim saved the world in So the Drama and sort of in a Stitch in Time. Maybe they could have Kim battle things and Ron stops some thing saving the world so it wouldn't just be Ron, Kim would be helping...Than the villains would give him credit and say he's not such a buffoon after all ;D Ha sorry about that nabusan, I sort of get carryed away with Ron episodes I guess.

Ron becoming respected by his enemies in a heartbeat may sound erratic, but I wouldn't consider it impractical.
But perhaps it would be better if this respect would be earned throughout Season 4, instead of saving it until the season finale.

Hmm I don't know how they could do that....Maybe show off Ron's saving abilties and fighting skills agianst Monkey Fist....In the series final they could have him save the world.

The series is known for its great continuity, I'm sure they could carry it off.
Also, I just realized this thread should be in 'Episode Discussion' or 'Rufus, Kim and I'.

Yeah, if Ron was to overcome Monkey Fist and save the world in front of everyone, both his allies and his enemies, then I guess that would earn him total respect among everyone. That's something which could happen in a heartbeat, not a thing that has to be endured through all Season 4.

I'd rather see his character develop over the course of the season. Then, when he comes up against the usual suspects and beats the tar out of them (in his own Ron-ish way, of course) it would be more believable. I just watched "Ill Suited" and noticed this is happening to Potential Boy already.

Well, historically Ron has always remained in the background unless he was needed. By this logic, if the fate of the world was at stake, and everyone else around him was eliminated from the picture, I imagine he'd find a way to step up, probably using the MMP in some way.
I really do hope that they develop the MMP story-arc more in this season. So far, all we know is that he has them. I don't believe that we've ever actually seen him use them. (Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong on this count.)

I prefer Ron being the loser/outcast - it makes for a more interesting show. I like that he is not all-out respected by the villains because that also makes for funny exchanges with Ron and Drakken.
And Ron is goofy, you can't deny that.

And Ron is goofy, you can't deny that. LOL We all know Ron's goofy, I was just sayian maybe at the end he could get respected. I like Ron and Drakken's exchanges too, but since it would be the series final it would be neat...At least that's my opinion but either way I'm fine...Ron using Monkey powers=awesome...Maybe the series final could be about Monkey Fist this time trying to rule the world with Ron trying to stop him. Than it would finally end the Monkey Fist-Ron arc...
