A New but probably Ridiculous Idea for Kim and Ron

I thought about this a few days ago and this is a weird idea, but this is something for our favorite Couple, Kimberly Anne Possible an Ronald, something, Stoppable.

I thought of Kim and Ron signing love duets. Wouldn't it be cool if Kim and Ron sang duets with each other.

I know about a couple songs for them: "Endless Love" by Diana Ross and Lionel Richie, (later remade by Luther Vandross and Mariah Carey) and "I'll be there" (the version by Mariah Carey, not the one by the Jackson 5) minus "Just look over your shoulders honey" but just "Just look over your shoulders".

This is probably a dorky idea too but how about that one song by Nelly and Kelly Roland?

Can any of you think of any other songs Kim and Ron should sing together?

By the way, this is just an idea and just a fantasy, especially since Kim and Ron have retired from TV. But if you have any songs Kim and Ron should sing, or if a music video should be made of them featuring songs that do exist, like the three I listed, well two, go ahdead and list them, that's why this thread was made. But don't get me started on sex songs! that will not be permitted at all.

And no songs with swear words unless they get edited out. And it has to be a love song by one man and one woman. I mean take "Love Is" by Vanessa Williams and Bryan McKnight for example. Also no negative love songs, what I mean is, a boy and girl having issues with each other.

Of course though, we would need Kristy Carlson Romano and Will Freddle for this too. I wonder what Kim and Ron would sound like if they sang their version of these songs.

Oh a new one just thought of by me "Love can take us all the way" by Jack Wagner and Valarie Carter.

On a side note, even though Kim and Ron are officially girlfriend and boyfriend, they don't look like BF and GF to me. I have reason to feel that way because during seasons 1-3 (except in one certain episode) Kim and Ron have only been friends and seeing other people. But even though I know Kim and Ron are BF and GF, it just doesn't seem or feel that way to me.

I know this was a dorky thread but this was an idea I had. Unless there is a way to make Kim and Ron sing love songs to each other, and even make videos of that, we're just going to have to try to use our imagination on what songs would sound like if Kim and Ron sang them. And try to imagine Kim (or Kristy's) and Ron's (or Will's) voice, not the original singers.

The following is a kind of long rant involving a lot of stuff that you might not get if you've never seen the musical Les Miserables, or at least, aren't familiar with it in some fashion. Read at your own risk of confusion. Also, spoilers (well, one).

I maintain that Kim and Ron could probably do a really awesome and heart-wrenching rendition of "A Little Fall of Rain," (Marius and Eponine's duet from Les Miserables which takes place as Eponine dies in Marius' arms, with both of them sort of trying to console each other), even though in the context of the story of Les Miserables it would put them in a slightly different position than what would fit their relationship. Maybe it would work pre-StD if Ron was Eponine and Kim was Marius, but that's just a little strange.

The rest of this post is sort of off-topic, so, you know, unless you're interested in the inner workings of my mind... *shrugs*

This is all going back to a random idea I had for a KP production of Les Mis (probably as a fanfic. "Les Possibles?") wherein the main cast of the show is forced by Mr. Barkin into playing the various roles. Except that Jean Valjean would be an original character no one in the school has ever heard of (Enter the obligatory "Who -is- that guy?" / "♫Who am I? Who am I? I'm Jean Valjean!♫" exchange), and likewise Javert. Only the person who was supposed to be Javert ends up being replaced by Mr. Barkin in the actual performance, who does the role a little -too- well ("♫There, out in the darkness... a fugitive running. Fallen from God, fallen from grace./ God be my witness, I never shall yield... 'till we come face to face. 'Till we come face to face.♫" --from "Stars").

Ron would be Marius, of course, and Kim would have wanted the part of Cosette since those two fall in love and get married at the end, but would end up as Eponine, Marius' childhood friend who has an unrequited crush on him, both because Eponine has better songs than Cosette ("On My Own," and the duet "A Little Fall of Rain," as mentioned before) and also because Eponine must be played by the lead female character of a Disney cartoon (joke off of the fact that Lea Salonga is one of the more famous people to play the role, and is also the singing voice of both Jasmine and Mulan in their respective movies). Enter drama over Ron being paired up with someone else in the musical. Likewise enter Ron and Kim playing Marius and Eponine a bit closer than they probably should and being yelled at by Barkin for it.

Oh, and for some reason Drakken and Shego would end up replacing the actors who were supposed to play the Thenardiers, just because I have this great image of Shego finally losing it in the middle of "Master of the House," and starting to chase Drakken around the set. Thinking quickly, the conductor would switch the song over to "Yakkety Sax," the Benny Hill Theme (you probably know this one even if you think you don't. It's famous sped-up chase scene music).

Also because I love the idea of the following scene:

((Kim and Ron finish singing "A Little Fall of Rain", the audience bursts into applause/tears. Backstage, Drakken and Shego are watching the performance.))

Drakken: Shego... do you feel kind of... guilty?

Shego: What? Why?

Drakken: Well, I mean, we've been -trying- to kill them, and that was just so...

Shego: Wait, Dr. D, are you... crying?

Drakken: What? No! It's just so... ((sniff)) so...

Shego: ... ((Slaps Drakken across the face))

*Ahem* Yes, well... there you have my thoughts on this matter and then some. <_< >_> Sorry, sometimes I just have to get the insane plot bunnies out...

This idea sort of reminds a piece of art I saw once. I believe Kim and Ron were on a stage with guitars. Think "Senior Year Talent Show". Didn't Levelord do this piece?
