Books are best used as fuel to burn to heat your home in the winter

THE BEARD IS DEAD! LONG LIVE THE BEARD! Don't worry though. I plan to re-grow it. Bigger, stronger, faster. I have the technology.

Well, I'll ask the obvious question: Why did you shave it off?

To start a new one from scratch.

Yesterday, when I went grocery shopping, I did the 'squeezy squeezy' thing from Eddie Izzard's Definite Article while looking for some decent tomatoes.
Just as I was thinking 'Is this a good squeezy?', I hit an overripe tomato: 'Ooh, squeezy squeez-- splart!'
The vegetables at our grocery store suck.
Thoughts?
EDIT: I'm sure your new beard will be fearsome, but won't your old beard turn zombie and go for a jealous revenge? Where did you bury it? Was it near an old Indian burial ground?

At least you didn't get angry at the squidgy tomato and start bludgeoning anyone/anything with the not-quite-ripe pears from the nearby fruit section.
What crops are homegrown in Norway, anyway? I could look that up, I'm sure...but meh.
My old beard was flushed down the toilet, lost forever to the sewer system.
'Splart' is a great sound effect, by the way.

Grocery store tomatoes deserve to be squished.
How's your Honda doing?

To start a new one from scratch. I like to do that, as well, but no one seems to understand that concept. Especially women. "If you're just going to grow it out again, why bother shaving it off in the first place?" I reply, "Well, you cut your hair to make it grow longer, right?" A question: I'm thinking about renting a car to drive up to New York and pick up my mother to bring her down for graduation. I've looked at Hertz, Budget, and Enterprise. My mind is drawing a blank on other car rental places, though. What ones can you think of?

Grocery store tomatoes deserve to be squished. How's your Honda doing? I prefer home-grown ones, but those aren't always there. The Honda is Honda-y, I guess. Still running great and driving pretty well. Water still leaks into the trunk when it rains really hard, the clutch is still getting tired, it still needs front brake rotors and at least one front axle. It's also developed an annoying but not actually noisy exhaust leak where a hanger-rod has broken off from one of the pipes. It broke in a way so nothing's in danger of falling off, so I'm letting it go for now. To start a new one from scratch. I like to do that, as well, but no one seems to understand that concept. I can't really think of any others besides Avis and the three you mention though.

Favourite Batman: TAS episodes?

Oh gosh...
...well, I really love most of them, but if I were to pick out some ones I really like, they'd be POV, Never Too Late, Almost Got 'Im, Harley's Holiday, A Bullet for Bullock, Showdown, Joker's Favor, Heart of Ice, Christmas with the Joker, and pretty much all of the two-part episodes.
The only one I really hate is Baby-Doll. Ugh. Lock-Up and The Terrible Trio are kind of meh too.

I love just about any episode with the Joker. The Laughing Fish, Joker's Favor, Almost Got 'Im, Old Wounds, Holiday Knights... You get the idea.
What do you think of Superman: TAS, Batman Beyond and Justice League?

Batman Beyond was kind of feh to me.
I never watched the others. I probably wouldn't have even watched Batman TAS but it was on TV after school when I was a kid, so I'd watch it in my aunt's basement after school, while waiting for my mom to get out of work and come pick me up.

Well that's really the same reason I started watching it as well. I came home form school and it was the only thing interesting on. I was hooked after the first episode though. I do recommend Superman: TAS as well, and Justice League. I usually hate Superman, but I really enjoy the DCAU version of him.
As for Batman Beyond, I agree. I've never been to interested in it. The only exception is Return of the Joker. I really can't get enough of Mark Hamill's take on the character. It's a big reason as to why I'm so excited for the new Batman video game as well.

I'd say you should put on the brake rotors, and then if the exhaust leak gets noisy, turn the radio up [glow=red,2,300]real loud.[/glow]That'll fix it. Is a bread gun like a potato gun, only it shoots...dinner rolls? Lousy ammunition, if ya ask me. Soft, fluffy ammo...not so useful. Now, if it shot my mother's biscuits, it could do some damage...

Me? ...it was Jimmy the Rat who squealed on me, wasn't it? I'm gonna take a guess (I feel too lazy for research, too) and say tomatoes, cucumbers, potatoes, carrots, apples, pears, peas, cauliflower, broccoli...stuff like that. Not oranges and bananas, obviously (those darn taun tauns finally snuck in and ruined the harvest one time too many). Flushed down the toilet, eh? Now that cheesy eighties movie with some green goblin thing in suspenders crawling out of a toilet on the cover comes to mind. I always saw that in the video store, but never rented it. Know what it was called? I think it was about summoning demons or something, and I've heard that toilet scene never actually occurred in the movie. Say, do you know that movie that came out that time about that guy who did that thing? Yeah, I was gonna write "splurt", but decided to go with something that didn't sound quite as much like you could find it on a list of cartoon onomatopoiea under "Man Ejaculating". PS: Hello, we're murderers. Twix, please.
