Okay, so I decided to do one of these "Ask Me" threads because everyone else seems to be doing it. That's a good enough reason isn't it?

Oooh, an Ask Me thread!
Now I guess I should ask you the standard questions...
1. How did you start liking D/S? 2. Why? 3. Favorite movie? 4. Band/artist? 5. Favorite color/colors? 6. Favorite dish?

1 and 2. I started watching KP because my kids watched it, and just really liked the dynamic between Drakken and Shego...you know...the 'married couple' vibe (I refuse to add 'old' to that). And I tend to be something of a smart*** like Shego, and, Drakken's just, well, cute? Hot? Whatever. 3. No one favorite...I like The Incredibles. I also like old movies. Really old movies. I like Gone with the Wind because of Scarlett O'Hara (although the racial stereotypes in it really bother me). My favorite movie as a child was The Wizard of Oz. I can't remeber the last made-just-for-grown-ups Hollywood movie I really liked. I like action movies, not chic flicks, though. 4. Um, maybe Bon Jovi (yes, I am old and uncool). But I like a lot of the newer, slightly alternative music too. 5. Red! Red! Red! (and black) 6. Anything Mexican - Ron's right about the Mexican food - and chocolate chip cookies.

Nemo: I'm fine...kinda bored tonight so that's why I did this. Slag: It's an interesting word...does it have a meaning besides the stuff they put on the roads when there's a 5% chance of snow around here and everyone panics and goes to the grocery store and buys all the bread and milk in case we get 3 feet of snow and can't leave our homes for a week (which has never, ever happened)? I'm 5'4" tall. I'm 33 (eeeh, I just admitted that, didn't I?) Ashley Benlove: I love to read and have tons of favorite books. Some are Little House on the Prairie (the whole series), Lord of the Rings trilogy, and for fun right now I'm reading the Shopaholic books. They're really funny. Although I'd rather read D/S fanfics . My kids are 6 and 8, both girls. The extreme other end of the KP fan base.

Nothing wrong with being 33. That seems like a good age.
Favorite movies?

Actually, 33 is a pretty good age. I'm much more relaxed and confident than I was at 16 or 17.
Movies...I don't have a specific favorite. The Incredibles, maybe (I like animated movies). I also like action movies and really old movies.

Yeah, I think that's why I'm glad to be older, because being a teenager was nice, but there is too much emo-ness as a teenager.
Favorite television shows other than KP?

And it's so true! Everything was drama! TV Show: Desperate Housewives...I know, it's kinda cheesy, but I like it anyway.

Have you settled in comfortably here at RS.net? I'm starting too. This is really fun, although I know less about computers than probably any of you all! It's nice to be getting to know people.

I'm so proud! Mine's not. I had to ask today in class "What's a blog?" when the professor mentioned that word.
