This is a Thread for spoilers, thoughts, comments, and anything you'd like to say about the movie Hairspray! I love the song "Good Morning, Baltimore". I first heard it when a kid in my school sang it for a show at school. Personally, I think she sings it better than the girl from hairspray. XD I know the lyrics to it, and that song is one of the reasons I love Hairspray. ;D And John Travolta made Zac Efron eat pork. LOL. Zec Efron is Jewish.

I CAN'T WAIT TO SEE THIS!
This, and Evan Almighty, are the only two good summer movies left that I haven't seen.

The best singer in this movie was Amanda Bynes, but she only sang a little bit in the ending.

And John Travolta made Zac Efron eat pork. LOL. Zec Efron is Jewish. Nah, he's not. He said so somewhere... it's a big rumor. OMG, I can't get enough of this movie. I've seen it three times at the theatre, and it gets better every time! My favorite scenes... definately #1 is "Without Love". And at the end... "Link, your pork is ready!" I LOVE it! I liked "Good Morning Baltimore", "You Can't Stop the Beat", and "I Can Hear the Bells" (whenever she shoves the guy into the locker, I was cracking up...). I thought Nikki Blonsky did an incredible job, especially with NO acting experience whatsoever. She's a great singer too, which is something you see little of today. Zac's awesome in it too... and super, incredibly, amazingly HOT! Oh, the wink... makes me want to squeal everytime. XP I especially like when he says "Kiss my a**"... ;D

Wow! Yum! Zac Efron may have been Jewish? That's the single hottest thing ever! I kinda wish he was now... I kinda have a Jew fetish ^^

After watching this movie I couldn't get the songs out of my head.
I annoyed my friends by singing You Can't Stop The Beat and Welcome To The 60's LOL.

I just saw it today and I was amazed! I don't think there were any bad actors in this. I usually don't care for Amanda Bynes, but she pulled off Penny very well. And Nikki.... WOW, but does that girl have a career ahead of her! And Zac Ephron even managed to not suck. I think he's improving as an actor.

All the adverts for it at my train station are giving me a headache! I went by train to basingstoke then on to Bournemouth yesterday, and yep. they are EVERYWHERE. except i loved the movie, so i pointed them out... I thought it was really good, i loved all the songs in it and thought Amanda Bynes was an excellent character, i never much cared for her before. I went with my sister and her friend last week, and was singing the songs for days afterwards. Oh man, Zac Efron was totally yummy with shorter, darker hair. Much better in this than HSM.

I've always wondered what Amanda Byne's singing voice sounded like. And it was GREAT, I thought she was the best singer!

I sooooooooooo need to find time to see this movie ... but nobody I know wants to go with! That will be me sat alone in the theatre then .... grinning like a loon. I went by myself. I went to cash my check, and my credit union is across the street from the mall. So I wandered the mall. I wandered by the theatre. And I noticed that "Hairspray" started soon. So I bought a ticket.

At first, my Brother, Mom and Dad were going to see it at 12:00 or something, but then we realized that we were ALMOST going to see the SING-A-LONG Hairspray! There would be little kids and toddlers singing to everything and crying and stuff. But then we figured out it would be 1:50 until the next REAL showing of Hairspray! So we just drove and walked everywhere until it was time, and in the middle of watching Hairspray, some lady came in with her sleeping baby! XO But she did leave, so that was good, and the baby didn't cry or annything. So I give it a 5/5 for a rating of Hairspray!
