So is he 'borrowing' Kims suit or does he get his own? Or will we get the answer when the episode airs?

The theory by the fans is that Ron is dressing in drag in Kimmy's suit.
We'll find out when the ep airs I am sure.

Turning the topic away from cross-dressing now and back to the original subject of football:
I spent today giving some serious thought to what position Ron might play, and here's what I came up with:
Running back would certainly suit him, but I see him more as a half-back than a full-back. His his quickness and agility would make him ideally suited for bouncing plays outside and turning the corner to move upfield. As a full-back, he just wouldn't have the body mass to bust plays up the middle, through the line.
Wide Receiver is also a good fit, although I see him more as a flanker than in a traditional wide-out position. As a seldom-used position, most defensive schemes find it difficult to cover a flanker, and when one factors in Ron's quickness and small stature, it's easy to imagine him comming off the line of scrimmage without being noticed.
He would do well as an outlet receiver here, simply moving upfield ten yards or so, then breaking, either out into the flat, or across the middle through the seam between the linebackers and the secondary. By the time he was picked up in coverage, he'd already have the ball, and more than likely, the first down as well.
As for the number seven on his jersey, however... well that just screams quarterback. (John Elway, anyone?) Hey, I wonder if either Mark, Bob or Steve are Broncos fans?

Honestly w/o the suit I dont think hed be able to play High school ball. With the suit however he could be anything from a Osi Umenyiora too a Plaxico Buress. I can say with certainty what he'll play.

Well, I admit that Ron wearing a super-suit under the football jersey would explain why he's playing football despite him being really bad in playing sports (unless it happens to be a video game). Yet it remains to be seen whether that is the super-suit he's wearing, for it could be the regular football shirt players wear.
So if it is the latter, I hope they have a good explanation why he's playing, but if the former, it would make tons of sense, especially if he's thinking he needs to play sports to impress his girlfriend, etc. The whole self-image problem seeing himself as the boyfriend of Kim.
