Yes he is and he's Middleton's all-time running back now!
EDIT: RC had it right...

Unfortunately, that means Bonnie was right in a roundabout way. Kim is now dating a jock!

At least Kim didn't date him because he was on the football team.

I liked how he got onto the team. Even though he is a "jock" he is still going to be as dorky as ever. Gotta love Ron.

Even though he is a "jock" he is still going to be as dorky as ever. In one of the upcoming episodes, during the player introductions, he runs out onto the field and smack into the goalpost. But somehow he's able to dodge and weave his way through an entire defensive squad of guys three-times his size, and find the endzone. Will wonders never cease?

Yeah he's clumsy at times but he can run...I mean he does that almost everytime in the mission (except when he's actually fighthin) Heard there will be some episodes where we'll see Ron playing football again as the running back i think

Yeah, I'm still a little stunned we haven't seen caps from this promo (but it's a hard promo to catch) Still, I'm waiting on some more football fun. Rub it in Bonnie's face a little. If think about it, Ron'z clutziness is a good fake out for his actual skills, am I right.
I'm pretty sure we may see some football coverage in the homecoming ep. (it's a big game so reason I think we'll see somemore football action there)

Ron is actually quite physically capable, possibly even at Kim's level, its his persoanlity that keep him from excelling

How do you know all that? And what episode will that occur in? Got a clip for whichever promo is showing all that? I don't think anyone has capped it yet, but it was part of a promo during the premier last Saturday. There's a scene where Ron is running, (sans helmet), while looking back and waving, (presumably at Kim), and winds up running straight into the padded support post. The camera then imeadiately cuts to a view of Kim doing a split atop the cheerleader pyramid, and wincing at what she just saw. The fact that Ron's waving and not wearing his helmet leads me to beileve that this is a pre-game sequence, and not part of an actual play. Also, there's the fact that in order to run into the goalpost, he'd have to be at least two yards out-of-bounds beyond the end line. In this case he's either not running a reception pattern at that moment, or he's actually dumber than he looks. ...And Ron never retreats, Lordpoopalot: He just advances in a different direction. ;D
