For the record, the marriages of those who remain abstinent end just as quickly and just as often as those who don't.

The whole "Wait for Marriage" idea has an inverse effect than actually intended. Young, inexperienced people begin to equate marriage with sex, and that's not all it is. You end up in some circles, with very young couples getting married, and finding out the truth, either ending up divorced, or worse, staying together when they never should have been married in the first place.

Yeah, that is a problem. I do believe in waiting for marriage for sex personally, because I believe that sex is a lot more than just physical pleasure. Sex is a bonding between husband and wife. But you're right, sex does not equal marriage and marriage does not equal sex. I think young people need to be more educated about it all.

On the topic of this show being on "Disney", so we won't see making out, etc.. I believe BOY MEETS WORLD was on Disney wasn't it? That show had kids getting drunk, child abuse, sex, death, harrassment, etc.. Its not "unprecedented" for this topic to be explored on DC. Only in reruns. BOY MEETS WORLD was strictly on ABC. I know, Disney owns ABC, but that doesn't specifically make it a Disney show. ABC also ran shows like "Less Than Perfect," "Ugly Betty," "Desperate Housewives," etc, neither of which would be touched by DC. As for the idea of Kim & Ron doing the horizontal bop, well it's a nice thought, but I doubt they are.

BMW was definitely a gentler direction with those subjects, and it continues to run on ABC Family. I never quite knew exactly when it was on, so I never followed it regularly, so if it's been edited since its original airing, I can't tell. What I do know is that most of the episodes shown seem to come from earlier in its run. (Long before Cory and Topanga got married)

Nah they seem to me like the ones that will wait instead of going straight into bed action like most teens nowadays.
Just a reminder to all KP fans that SaveKp day will commence in 1 days time.

Lots of good points here, although the thought of KP and Ron doing anything more than kissing makes me chafe.
