Standing as my favorite episode, I've probably seen Stop Team Go over one-hundred times since it aired in May, and of course, this has led to a couple new questions involving the episode and the Additudinator.
For instance:
How long does it take the personalty change to kick in? In Bad Boy, Drakken and Ron changed completly within two or three days, maybe a week. An exact timeline was never given at the beginning of STG, so we don't no how much time passed between the encounter with Electronique and Shego becoming a teacher at Middleton High. You would think it was only a night, but the events of Bad Boy counteract that. Also, did Electronique's changes do anything to speed up the prosess?
Another thing, does the prosess tend to wear off after a little while? I noticed toward the end of the episode, Shego starts acting a lot more like her old self, to a degree anyway. Was this a glitch in the original Additudinator? Or caused by Electronique? And if these effects are real, how long will it be before Electronique reverts back to her former self?
Just some food for thought.

As Mike said, Electronique improved the Attitudinator, and because of the final fight of that episode, we can tell that the personality change was instantaneous. I also noticed how Shego resembled more her old self during the end of STG. I thought maybe it was because she spended a short time being evil during the fight agaisnt her brothers, but then again, I think there were instances before in which the old Shego resurfed, like here:  That... or at least, if she has to get rude, Miss Go WILL get rude. |

As mentioned, Electronique's improvements made the Attitudinator's effects instantaneous. This is borne out by the big fight, where everyone switches from good to evil pretty much instantly. (BTW, I never envisioned her using the actual attitudinator. The script described something clearly more weapon-ish, with enough distinctive features of the Attitudinator to make it apparent what the weapon was based on.)
As for it wearing off -- it doesn't. You'll notice in both episodes that the effects were not reversed until the Attitudinator was actually employed. If Shego seemed like her old self even when she was good, that's because she did not lose any of her formidable abilities when her personality changed. Good Shego can kick as much butt as bad Shego -- but different things will stir her to do so.

Despite what Kurt says, I really don't think the Attitudinator would be permanent.
Think of it this way: Electronique is, by far, the most popular Team Go villain. If there was a Season 5, then fan demand would most likely result in her returning. If she did return, then the writers would have to get her back on the bad side somehow.
Either the original effect would wear off, or something else would happen that would reconfigure Electronique's mood back to evil. Either way, the writers will change her back if they want to bring her back.

Hey, I gotta agree with maetch here! Electronique has even got some fanarts, and I think she's the only one of the Team Go villains that has managed to earn it. Even when made a "Best 4º Season Villain Only" (Or something like that) poll, Electronique was the winner as far as I remember.
