How I made the banner....
1. Open MSPaint
2. Copy screencap and paste
3. Stretch/Skew to a lower% and save as .bmp format (to preserve quality)
4. Repeat above
5. Create the banner size you want (540 wide by 130ish high)
6. Paste the reduced size screencaps into your blank banner and manipulate
7. Add a text box below
8. Save as a .bmp file
9. Rename to a .gif file (to trick Proboards..they don't allow .bmp named files)
10. Upload to a picture host site
11. Link
12. Done
