Its great the SOS ppl are using the KP motto. But maybe you should change the motto to the newer one to give it more kick since the newer one in you know what recent eppy came out sounds so much more cooler.

REEDIT Yes it is in the recent eppy.I think the new motto was "Im A Possible As In Anything Is,We Defy The Odds".In fact he gave the idea."Great line from Kim about being a Possible, that should be used in the Season 5 campaign!"by Nabusan

SOS's downtime extended to me last night into today; I think SOS is for all shows, but since all of the Admins there are currently focusing on KP, I believe that the site is focusing on KP. Once Again, the site is what its members make of it, it is almost a blank slate, and at some point, the members (including affiliates like we hope to be with like RS) will be called on to decide what SOS should focus on I do and will always cover the site costs and some development for the site as a whole, but I will never claim much control over it, I'd rather leave that up to the board.

Three in a row with no real intentions of violating rules, but this is sort of a landmark move.
SaveOurShows is moving to a VPS server (one which Brian and I) will have full control over. I decided to get this now instead of later to prevent problems with not enough server resources in the future. While DNS propogates, you may not be able to access SOS. Those issues should resolve themselves in the next few days for most people, some rare cases may not see the site again for 2 weeks.

SaveOurShows.org is hopefully going to bring together all fandoms under one roof I would love to see the Danny Phantom Fans converse with the KP fans. That would be really cool, yet so possible! Update: I hope to have the SOS Chat Room Page up sometime tomorrow for all those interested

SOS is beginning to develop slow but sure. A few days ago as posted above, PHPBB3 came out and we have upgraded the forums. If you like the PHPBB2 style better, that is available in your user control panel (if you are a registered user). I managed to install the SOS Chat Room which is similar to the old (or still current, I'm not sure) Chat room. The java clients used such as on SDS and KPFW are slow, so I attempted something different, and so far, I think it works much quicker. In addition, there is also a step by step picture tutorial on installing Trillian and configuring it to work with the new chat room. You can find both of these features in the IRC section of SOS. While I was working on the Chat Room, Brian (wallaceb) has fixed the news page that updates from the forum. We had some minor issues with it, but they should be gone now (I hope). On the slate for SOS will be contact information pages and email forms to the major television companies. I am not sure what will be after that, but suggestions are welcome

I am joining your campaign, and I feel that, as a huge fan of the show, I need to do my part to help try to save it. When I recently heard that the creators were separating from the Disney corporation, it was very devastating news for me, and when I first glimpsed at a website that contained the words ''Fight for Five'', I was inspired to petition for season five somehow. I am committed to doing this, and I am going to help out with the cause, both day and night, even if I have to stay up all night.

Guess its time to post another update... We have faced a few problems on the server side accepting PHP, however those issues are also gone. That would explain occasional 4 minute outages about a week ago (for the server to restart ). The staff page is up. Brian did most of the coding, while I did a bit of it to learn more PHP a bit better The home page and mission page are also now control by a back end Database, so most of the site is dynamic. The forum design is still being put together. Mike (Lord of Photoshop) has been working hard at putting it together for us! He hopes to have it up in the beginning of July. This new design will become the main style for SOS Forums. Contact information is now in the research process. If you wish to help, please PM a staff member (most of them are on RS), or email staff@saveourshows.org. Any extra help compiling the data to the Television Companies helps After Contact Pages are put together, I am not sure what will come next. I almost think that the board will want the massive advertising campaign to begin or an SOS Specific email program built Of course your comments as potential members would be focused on first

SOS Forums were upgraded PHPBB3 RC2 today. The server has gone down about 2 or 3 times in the past week due to back-end upgrades which seemed to move files around. Anyways, I should be back in NY Sunday and I will begin compiling the data that has been given to me to put the contact pages together

SOS is down, explanation below There have been many dns problems and email being funky over the past month. After asking support, they suggested that I move to bind/apache (better known programs that have the bugs worked out). Anyways, on conversion of apache and a restart, the services will not start properly. I have sent an email to support and they should have the server back up within an hour (I hope). Phil The problems have been solved and everything seems to work. Email will hopefully fix itself as a result of this
