Anitrain (Admin at SDS) requested a thread here to update us on changes over at SDS (another KP/Disney forum). They are going through a rather large restructuring there and several new things will be appearing over the coming weeks.
I am providing this thread for him and other SDS staff to keep us updated.
THIS THREAD IS FOR UPDATES TO SDS ONLY. DO NO SPAM OR START CRITICIZING THIS FORUM. THANK YOU.

Thank you dracko. The first thing I want to mention here is our new email newsletter system, which I've set up as part of fixdisney.com. Check it out here: fixdisney.com/lists/?p=subscribe&id=2

The new SDS forum theme is live on the site. I was surprised how much work it took to customize it. But it's really cool, and it was worth the effort.

The Next Save KP Day is June 7th. I'm also drawing up plans for a "use up your old postage before the rates increase day" for May 13th. All events can be found here: savedisneyshows.org/events/

I truly suggest we make snail mail postage the focus of this day, rathar than e-mails. It may be expensive, but I did suggest people save up their allowances specifically for it almost two weeks ago... I hope you guys are saving up!

I truly suggest we make snail mail postage the focus of this day, rathar than e-mails. I try to emphasise all options. Emails, postal mail, faxes, calls, everything is important. It may be expensive, but I did suggest people save up their allowances specifically for it almost two weeks ago... It's one of the reasons we space out the events.

Oh, I see the focus will be on postage. Okay, I guess I'll spend half of my money on this day and another half on June. No big! Still gotta find out the price, though.

If you're not already on the SDS mailing list, please read the latest one online here: savedisneyshows.org/newsletter/sds04.htmlIt features information about the Disney Board Member, CafePress Discontinuing our branded Postage, a reminder for Save Disney Shows Day and a FixDisney.com Update. There's just to much there to reformat it in BBCode and put it here.

I forgot that I had asked for this here thread. Anyway, I am proud to anounce that SDS has been given a full makeover which should make it significantly more user friendly. Pages like the how to help page and the events page now have link menus that constantly and clearly connect the site together. Also, the home page got a radical overhaul that I hope will make it much easier to jump right to the thing or things visitors are looking for.

I noticed that yesterday, great job on that, it certainly looks much more appealing now! Hopefully more people will be visiting in the future, perhaps even better, become permanent residents! ;D

New SDS screencaps section!I have been hard at work caping making, sorting, processing, and uploading tens of thousands of screencaps over the last couple months for my new Disney Channel Fans site - dcfans.tv. One of the great by products of this effort is it allows us to set up a SDS branded/themed screencap gallery as well! You can get to it by clicking the "Screencaps" button on the SDS main page. (No KP caps though - Brian already took care of that on KPFW). The Wizards of Waverly PlaceIf you're a fan of the new DC series, The Wizards of Waverly Place read on! [If you're not, read anyway ] First of all, we've set up a nifty little site for Wizards with some basic information on the show, so that should this show ever meet a fate similar to POTF/ADJL we'll be ready! The informational site is WizardsOfWaverlyPlace.info. Please, even if you aren't a fan, do what you can to spread the link online so that if/when the time comes Wizards fans can find us! But it get better, not only do we have that informational site, but I have also created a whole brand new forum just for Wizards fans! You can find the forums at wowpfans.com. This is a NEW forum that is independent of any external rules, relationships, etc. This forum will be shaped solely by the people who join it. Finally yet importantly, we wanted to remind you that we have caps of every aired episode of Wizards up right now on DC Fans. (The link is above).

Hmm, I suppose that I should mention that I am in the process of capping all of ADJL (I am about 80% done) for ADJLFanWorld.com. That should be released in the next few months when Wallace and I finish coding it. Glad to hear about the new SDS Screencaps section, however I think that your link is wrong.

one thing about the new ADJLFanWorld, when making it, keep in mind that the KPFW code utilizes fairly extensive HTACCESS rewrites for it's URL's it can get quite confusing when you can't tell what url a page is going to in the code
