On you fiancée, tell her congratulations!
Hope it is a kind of car she will like having. I heard they used to let the winners take the cash value of the price, but what do I know. Did she get an impression of what Drew Carey is like as host?
Glad you're doing well. My Thanksgiving was good too. Ate too much and now I have to work at getting the weight down even more. Out TV is slowly dieing, so we are starting the process of looking for a new one. There are too many choices for an HDTV, plus for the price they are asking, I don't feel the "benefits" out weigh the cost.
Thanks for stopping by and replying.

morefood2001: now you know someone once removed from me through this site. Ain't the internet grand? =)
Joe: PIR won't let you take any of the prizes in cash. You either have to accept the prize (and pay the taxes) or you can refuse the prize (like the bar set that we refused). So it's pretty cut n' dried. I think the car will be one she likes. I'm not a fan of American made vehicles - especially Fords, but I hear that the Explorers are fairly decent. We're still waiting to hear from the dealer and get the car. They have 90 days in which to contact us after the eps. airs. I'm sure they'll wait until the very last minute.
Drew seemed very nice. He was great during the commercial breaks, talking to the audience and making jokes. Very pleasant.
Charlotte: YES. Go to a taping. Make up a silly T-Shirt with some goofy phrase. Be extra bubbly and engaging during the interview and then just have fun.
