I was just listening to an episode of The Fairly Oddparents. On the episode, Timmy claims to his friends Chester and AJ that he inherited the internet. AJ (The genius kid on the show) tells Chester: "The internet belong to everybody and no one man can own it. Believe me, I tried".
Anyone here think Wade could obtain ownership of the internet?
I believe yes.

Why would he want to? That kind of responsibility would require a lifetime of commitment, money, and maitanence. Wade is too busy saving the world, playing video games, updating his computer, and building gadgets for Kim.

Pretty much like J said. It's too much of a commitment, and besides, it's not possible. He has to buy *every* ISP and mainframe in the world to do own the entire Net. It's on par of saying one person owning *every* car and truck on the planet. Not possible.

And even if he wanted he couldn't. The internet is also a matter of servers and hardware. Wade isn't in every place in the world where's a server, software alone can not do this. Besides, like J said, he doesn't have the time, nor the resources to do such a thing.

I don't care if the kid's a genius... "The Cupid Effect" proved he still thinks like the rest of the boys his age. |

I always thought Wade was evil.
And I think he'd own a big portion of it easily if he ever got the idea into his head. Not all, of course, but a few influential sites here or there.
