Basic registration/login is ready. Profile is not yet set up. So you can't do much more than just register and login... But it is coming Anyone good with words that can write up a TOS? Oh and the file/variable listing has been updated for those who wish to work on those pages: www.kpfanworld.com/filelist.php

Hmm up to a triple post.... oh well.... Anyhoo, registrations/logins are fully active. Profiles should be coming.. But I'm not going to do everything by myself. Besides, links are next on my list. Many pages won't work right without some HTML code behind them. Refer to the file list page and if you have any questions, post here or PM me... Or even email... The site is becoming much more structured. And will continue for quite some time. Nabusan, you didn't like the design/layout before... It's changed a little bit since then. What do you think and do you have any suggestions?

so it has It's starting to feel more crisper, if that's the right word. The logo looks more cleaner - and I like the registration/login link at the top. What happens when you log in? Is there anywhere to go?

Not yet... It's still working. When you login it just changes the login link to say logout and replaces the register link with a greeting and adds a link to edit profile... which you can't do yet because people haven't said they'd work on it yet... On a somewhat unrelated note.. is anyone else having issues with proboards not loading all the images?

Yeah it's coming great. And it's going to take you a lot longer before you're done... It took me a good 4 or 5 month sto complete mine... But then again, I didn't work on it every day either.. there were 3 or 4 days between most and 2 or 3 weeks between others... But keep it up There's a service you can use to bypass that a little bit.... But, if I may ask.. why is it on port 81? www.no-ip.com or www.dyndns.com

i am running it of my own web server in my room, i have several apps running of my net all the time. The router will not allow two services to go to the same ip with the same port, so i had to change them around a bit.

Should we have private messages on this new site? I'll code it up next if we do... Otherwise we'll stick with site email... kinda like a PM.. but it goes to their email.... Just looking for some feedback on that.

Yea, around where it says "view/edit profile" below "hi, wallaceb" If you have the PM system there it would be easy for members to keep tabs on their new messages. The idea of going through e-mail could work, but I think it would be a little more cumbersome.
