So anyone wonder why Ron doesn't just cook dinner for Kim on their dates? That would be special for Kim. I mean he was a gourmet chef in his home ec. class and he invented the naco. It's also sad he didn't just go back to work for bueno nacho.

That's a very good question. Stupid unromantic guy.

Sounds like a question for the VIPs. You would think he would want to impress KP and make her feel really good about yet another one of his attributes. Maybe he's like most guys and lazy in that regard?

I wonder if he has the time to do so, between slacking from school and saving the world.

Hmmmm... It does seem strange that they didn't exploit that angle. Could have made for some good dialog.
I've always harbored this fantasy about Ron wanting to do something special for Kim's birthday, so he creates a cake recipie that's so good, people have to eat it sitting down or their knees will buckle.

Have y'all noticed that Disney Channel has done the chef-guy thing a lot? We have Ron, we have the guy from High School Musical, and Jackson's one friend on "Hannah Montana". I bet Ron could beat the rest, though.

Maybe he thinks that what he wouldn't make isn't good enough for her, he wants a masterpiece.

I'm hoping for a candle light dinner in future episode... with Ron cooking dinner? That would be nice, wouldn't it? He's great at cooking, should be able to make a nice romantic dinner.

Well, I chalk it up to TPTB forgetting continuity and such in order to make Ron the walking buffoon at times. It's one of the reasons why I didn't like "The Big Job" given Ron was so great with his job at Bueno Nacho ("Bueno Nacho") and being an excellent cook ("Two for Tutor"), he could had done well for himself when it comes to earn some money after school. (shrug) Well, if that's them, that's them. In my fics, I least made Ron cook occasionally for Kim and her family at times.
