I have ideas on two Kim Possible spin-off series when season five takes off, but here's a couple that I thought of to expand the Kim Possible Universe.
Spin-off One: Kim Possible: Western Tales
The show can be about Kim's ancestor whom fights for justice as a cowgirl for hire. It kinda like Kim's life but in the old west version. Each episode will have Kim and Ron reading a chapter from her ancestor's journal of her adventures and life in the west.
Spin-off Two: Kim Possible 2542
This show takes place in the year 2542, Kim's descendent whom is named Kim Possible continues to carries on her family's tradition in helping people who call them and beep them. Kim plays a supportive role as a AI hologram that carries all the original memories of the original Kim Possible. Young Kim must now helps the galaxy, while trying to maintain a normal life in high school.

Well, those are two valid ideas, though I'm surprised both are still keeping protagonized by Kim.
There has been other Spin-Off ideas suggested around, two in particular being the most popular, and one that I suggested myself:
Han Stoppable: Fifteen years after her big brother's graduation, this powerful teenager girl takes the World-Saving business up to herself, fighting multiple super-villains on daily basis while, every now and then, confronting her arch-foe: The Yono (Resurrecter Monkey Fist). With Kim and Ron gone missing, the whole bussiness is up to her self and her variety of allies. Good old Wade, still providing the usual and effective back-up. Joss, recurring ally who has promised Kim to watch over Han. And the Tweebs, half-help and half-trouble. And of course, this story would also need a lot of new characters.
Team Go: Instead of going forward, we go back ten years into the past, to the time when Shego was still an heroin, fighting for justice alongside her brothers as part of Team Go while dealing with highschool by herself. Shego as a freshman, Mego as a Senior, Hego in college, and the Wegos causing troubles here and there. Their part-times jobs. Their extra-curriculam activities. Their adventures. Their arch-foes. Their personal arch-foes of each one. Their romances. There's just so much to give to this team's life.
Steve Barkin: He himself said it on Graduation. Dated the popular girl and saved the world. Here's someone who's possibly a retired hero, but what's there to tell about his life besides the fact of him being part of the army? Did he save the world as part of it? Or was he running his own bussiness? And who's this "popular girl" he dated? His sidekick, or the leader he followed? What other secrets hides this particular teacher?

If there was a spin-off I think it should be about Kim and Ron having a child and it being about her/him maybe even have a brother and sister.
They could meet Kim and Rons old enemies and meet new ones but to be honest give me season 5 over a spin-off anyday.
FIGHT FOR FIVE!!!

They need to do a movie trilogy (in theaters) and then do a "Team Possible" TV series.

I would actually LOVE a Hana Stoppable spin-off. That little girl is practically begging for one!
They could deal with so many things, like her destiny, learning about Yamanouchi (whatever its called) and who her real parents are!
And you know, Kim and Ron could make cameos on the show, seeing as it IS her big brother.

I was kicking around a spin off idea, possibly for fanfic, tentatively entitled "Shego For Hire" (I hated the title but couldn't think of anything better), and it could tie into the end of Graduation nicely. Here's the revised concept:
Since the Lorwardian invasion, Dr. Drakken has shifted focus, more or less outsourcing himself as a villainous "idea man" to other villains. Shego becomes bored with this, and decides to strike out on her own, advertising her services to anyone who has the money to pay her. She sets up shop in Lake City, taking several vehicles and equipment with her.
We also find out more about Shego's personal life. It turns out she has an apartment in Lake City, along with a roommate who has no idea what Shego does for a living. More fun with old Team Go villains who show up form time to time, occasional team ups with other KP villains, and a couple of new enemies who would very much like Shego to be taken out of the picture.
Gives a chance for Shego to be developed more as a character and as an anti-hero.

I like Shego being the anti hero thing...a hero no need to be famous...just need to save world...who cares if people don't like her...

Somehow that sounds like Shego in the role of Dante from Devil May Cry (Videogame and/or Anime), who is a devil hunter who works for hire, very anti-hero like. Truth to be told, I like this idea.

The Drakken And Shego Show!!!! Ditto. As much as I would love it to be about just Drakken, I think the comedic duo of Drakken and Shego is more popular with the fans than either character alone, and therefore, a show about the both of them would yield better ratings. Just thinking about what's best for the show. Of course, a Drakken show would be heaven for me. ;D A Team Go show would rock heavy as well. OOOH! Or a show about just the KP villains! I love all the villains. I would love to see a show about their daily lives!!!

Personally, I feel a Team Go spin off has the greatest potential.

Personally, I feel a Team Go spin off has the greatest potential. Well, it's quite possible. There would be five (or at least four) characters to work with, each on different, which means different ways to make fun of, five styles to fight against stitches, five paths to apply character development, five centers of romantics relationships, and a lot more.

Who knows?
and if we must stick to the same old formula, how about 'Untold Tales of Kim Possible'. There's all kinds of high school things we never saw Kim and Ron involved in- Like charity drives and the high school musical, drama clubs and choirs.I'd like to see an episodee where she has to take the SATs. We saw a brief reference to the College entrance test (ACT) in "Clothes Minded", but students usually spend monthes preparing for these tests. There are books and software and online resources that allow them to prepare. Some schools even offer courses. I'd Like to see Kim and Ron having to deal with that and one of their enemies. It's just begging to be made.

Sounds a lot like Teen Titans. Sign me up. I also would love to see a Hana Stoppable spinoff. I want to see her grown up. If there was a 5th season, they should do an episode in which either something magical of techinlogical turns Hana into a teenager, or a grownup Hana appears from the future for some reason.

They had a machine that turned adults into babies and VICE-VERSA in "Nursery Crimes". I still can't believe they didn't thought of that...
