*catches* *leafs through* Ick. What... who would eat this? *holds up the page showing stir-fried garlic broccoli* Disgusting! *looks at the cover* Ah, no wonder. "Thinning Recipes." Recipe books like this are garbage, don't buy them. Any chef will tell you: you can either have absolutely mind blowing taste, or you can have health. You can't have both, so don't waste good ingredients trying to.Yay rant. And you went to what culinary institute?

California Culinary Academy. After that I trained under various chefs for four years. Ever try making anything with splenda, or any "light" version of normal ingredients? Might as well throw them in the trash and eat what grows out of them. Make it with real sugar, real butter, WHITE flour, WHOLE milk, or don't waste whatever you're about cook.

So this is the diner? Yeah, they've got a pretty good selection. Sarge wants us to only eat grits and healthy foods though, with the occasional dessert. F*** that. I'm getting me some Oreos.

Any chef will tell you: you can either have absolutely mind blowing taste, or you can have health. Any real chef would tell you you're wrong. Or anyone with a higher than a single digit IQ.

Tastes like crap? Exactly.

Tastes like crap? Exactly. *spits the cookie crumbs all over her face* Right, like we're supposed to trust the taste buds of a vampire? If you made the cookies, there's no wonder they suck.
