Firstly, this belongs on the "Fan Art" board, and I'm guessing a moderator will move it there. Secondly, to answer your question, go to a free image hosting site. Ashley Benlove once showed me i35.tinypic.com/ when I was making my avatar, and I've been using it ever since. Click"Browse" and find the image file on your computer. You may add a "tag", so someone searching for the terms you fill in there will find your fanart. I leave the resize on "default". Once it's uploaded on there (it may take a minute), it will give you its web address, such as i33.tinypic.com/2nscto0.jpg. Take that link and enclose it in [im g] and [/im g], so the final product will say "[im g]http://i33.tinypic.com/2nscto0.jpg[/im g]". That will show the picture. If your art is too big to fit the board guidelines, just give the link.

Personally, I prefer Photobucket.
It's more stable and can host animated gifs, good for forum topics.

ImageShack for me. And this should definitely be in the FanArt section.

Photobucket takes too long to load, and Imageshack crashes all the time and the images die after a few weeks/months. Tinypic is the place to go

you have good techniques with line work
only thing bothering me is the colouring, try scanning only line art and use photoshop or drawing program (not MSPaint) to colour for a more "cartoonish" look
