I've been told to make one of these. Anywho, I have said that I study at a film school, so obviously a question about film school would be totally welcome. Any other question is fine too, by the way.

The Griffin: I think when I was still in High School I watched some episode of Kim Possible, at that time I didn't much appreciate the show as much as I do now, reasons which I'll explain some times.
CJS: Seven Samurai is arguably my favorite Movie, though I love the story structure of the first three Star Wars (episode IV V VI)
As an ANIMATION major though, I would say Earlier works of Hayao Miyazaki is WIN. His newer stuff are instant classic as well. Definatly recommending them for all Animation lovers. Those who are interested in looking into Japanese Animation should definatly check out Spirited Away, it's a great introduction to Animated Features in Japan and it's not as heavy as some of Miyazaki's works.
(I refuse to call it Anime, it's a butchering of the English word Animation on the Japanese part, and Animation is not a genre, it's a medium. A MEDIUM.)

Unfortunately, due to my rather late introduction to Kim Possible, I haven't really seen all the episode, so I can't answer that question.
Favorite charactor is Shego, follow very closely Kim. Shego's adventurous, sarcastic, and unapologetically evil, and have the brains and the muscle to be a potentially one of the worest villians in the history of imaginary realm. As a matter of fact, if She was to be even in a PG 13 show, she would be a great villian that's equal only by the likes of Revolver Ocelot, The Joker, and Lex Luther.
AND SHE SHOOTS FIRE FROM HER HANDS, how cool is that?

Seen it, but not sure I like it. It seems to carry a statement about the military-industrial complex, but the message doesn't seems clear enough. The original book the movie's based on is written right at the dawn of the 60's and is a great read, it seems to carry the story better and have a almost prophetic insight into the modern image of the Military industrial complex. Though as a Science Fiction, it doesn't put too much faith in the future advances in human technology.

The original book the movie's based on is written right after World War one and is a great read, it seems to carry the story better and have a almost prophetic insight into the modern image of the Military industrial complex. Though as a Science Fiction, it doesn't put too much faith in the future advances in human technology. I know. I've read the book. One thing I liked about the original Troopers was the underlining subtext that humans aren't as great as we think we are. The bugs were the other side of that subtext. And the way that it is shown out in the movie is part of the reason that movie is my all time fav! I remember reading a review of the book that said it carried Heinlein's political views. I'm not a great understander of politics, so I can't tell very well. But I can defiently see how their governing system could be viewed as facist. Seen any of the sequals?

I can tell you now.
Starship Troopers 2: Hero of the Federation. Worst piece of film ever made. Deplorable.
Starship Troopers 3: Marauder. leagues better than the second, but falls short of the first. Much cheesier and the effects aren't as good. Still a good story overall though.
I don't suppose you've seen the tv series either?

The 3D animated one? Of course! It has a different feel to it, and the animation was top-notch at the time.
And the Worest film ever made was Dead or Alive the movie, just the sound of it drives me insane.

Was that a lie. fav character in the series? Dizzy or Gossard for me you say that now, but watch ST2 and I believe that you will change your mind. I'd bet money on it

Nope, I'm betting ST2 has guns, and that fact alone makes it a better movie then DoA.

okay, some of the scifi stuff in ST2 is pretty awesome. But the storyline is pathetic.
I wrote a KP/Roughnecks crossover fanfic if you're interested?
