A call to our artists on or board for help, I have started the KP fund and I have found out that I can use a drawing for the donation page. I ask that if one of you is willing to make a drawing for this event I will post it on the donation page, this is for the American Cancer Society and should tie in someway. If there are multiple drawings I will rotate them on the main page ever week so all will be seen.
These are the requirements stated by the ACS website
Images must be .jpg files. Your 200 Kb (or smaller) image will be resized to fit within a 300 x 400 pixel box. The maximum acceptable file size is 200 Kb.

Is the theme "donations" or "American Cancer Society" or for a specific type of cancer?

I smell potential legal trouble.
I'd love to help, but I'd like some assurance that it won't cause any trouble. And I'm not just looking out for myself. Using the image of a copyrighted character to raise money, rather than just ask the fandom, could be pushing it.

I believe that we are not violating any copyrighted material, by the “fair uses act” we can make and image as long as it is not to be used for personal profit. Disney should not object to a image of Kim and Ron being used by fans for a charity drive. I'd like to help. As for the image, I see Kim and or Ron with a “give to the ACS” behind then and maybe with them wearing a pink ribbon for breast cancer (note I will leave this up to the artist, for they know better than I) |
