Many of you may remember Luqkim's "Black Parade" video from two years ago, and how awesome it was. In fact, it was part of what inspried me to start making videos myself. A few months ago, I got a request for the same song to a Ron video, but before taking it, I made sure it was okay with Luq'. He seemed happy to give me his blessing for this video, so I made sure to bring out all the stops because of what I'd be working with. Clips ranging from every season, effects that I didn't know Adobe could do until just this week, and one of my favorite songs to boot! I wanted this to be flawless. While I'm not sure if it's 'perfect', it did get good reviews from the family (even my sister, who was very much against me using MCR in a KP video), so hopefully it gets good reviews from you guys as well! www.youtube.com/watch?v=ldJR6xzFeEAPlease enjoy! ;D

Very good job! This must have taken forever to make. 0:12- unrelated clip for a millisecond. Otherwise, I saw no mistakes at all! You did well. Very well. Thanks for making!

I noted nothing out of place - it was all exellent! Especially that one picture you had for the background in the closing credits - who did that incredible picture again...?

I wish I could rate this twice, because it's just that good. A bad*ss song paired with a bad*ss video! I love the snare drums in this, and I've always had trouble classifying it - is it uplifting or depressing? The changing viewpoints in the video captured that ambiguity well. 3:23 - excellent scene choice, and the timing was touching. Poor Ron. Ironically, your time-spiral ending almost duplicates what I'm planning for one of my videos, albeit with different overlay images. XD

Oh, I stopped before the credits! Of course that was an incredible picture, from one of my favorite stories...

Watching again... Plink.... Plink-Plink-Plink.... Plink-Plink.... Plink.... The beginning of the song borders on What Do You Mean It's Not Awesome, particularly in the shouting bit about the parade (1:17 ish), but then it kicks into Flat-Out Awesomness. ;D 0:48 - Drakken = LOL How did you get the 'negative' effect at 2:55? I've dabbled in it before, but I would've thought it would've rendered both Kim and Ron's faces either black or white, since they're about the same tone. Did you set up special parameters, or did it just do that on its own? What transition did you use for the swirl effect at (among other spots) 0:42? 4:27 - Oooh, nice color transition! We'll carry on....! ^_^ Odd - your video has two options: "Normal quality" and "high quality," while my "Handlebars" AMV has "normal" and "HD." Does that mean that "HD" is the new "high" and your video was uploaded on the legacy system, or are there now three levels of quality, "normal," "high," and "HD"?

That swirl effect is either called "shear" or "spin, and both can be found in transitions. And I'm guessing the reason for the HD thing is because your video was of higher quality, but I could not say for sure.
