A/N: With respect to Shallow15 and his Logic Puzzle Time: Down & Out At Bueno Nacho thread, I created my own logic puzzle, complete with a short one-shot fanfic story! I didn't want to hijack his thread without approval, so I made this one. To get the full effect of the story, I suggest you read through the whole thing first before trying to piece anything together - trust me, the story is better when you read it without stopping think about the riddle. Good luck and have fun with this new puzzle!

Kim Possible: The Early Years -- House Hunting
In the early days, a young Kim Possible met Ron Stoppable at the playground, where they became friends very quickly. Kim asked Ron where he lived so they could get together over the weekend, so Ron told Kim his address. Kim made a mental note to remember it, but over the course of the day, she eventually forgot the number. The next day, she tried long and hard to remember it, but was stumped.
She remembered he lived on Halfway Avenue. Halfway Avenue was divided into two blocks, the first having house numbers 1-20 and the second with house numbers 21-50.
Kim was about ready to turn back and head home, but she saw another girl with brown hair playing outside house number 1.
"Hey!" Kim yelled to the brunette girl. "Do you know where Ron Stoppable lives?"
"Why do you care where that loser lives?" the other girl asked in response. Kim didn't like her attitude.
"Because he's my friend, that's why!" Kim snapped. "Now, do you know where he lives or not?"
"...What if I do? I'm not gonna tell you!" the brunette snapped back with just as much anger. She turned around and started playing with her large red ball.
Kim was fed up; she flipped over the girl's head as the ball flew upward, catching it midair. She taunted the brown-haired girl with it.
"Can I at least ask some questions about where he lives? I'll give you the ball back if you do."
"Grr...fine, whatever."
Kim asked her the following three questions:
1. In which block is it?
2. Is the house number even?
3. Is the house number a square? (I know, that's advanced math for Kindergartners, but this is Kim Possible we are talking about! For the riddle's sake, she explained the concept to the brown-haired girl.)
After receiving her answers, Kim had narrowed down the possible numbers. "OK, if you can just tell me if the number's got a 4 in it, then I may have figured it out." The girl responded to Kim's final question, and then grumpily held her hands out, expecting Kim to give the ball back.
True to her word, Kim returned it, then ran off to the house she determined. She rang the bell, and a big man with a brown sweater appeared. "I'd recognize that red hair anywhere; you must be the Possibles' girl. What can I do for you?"
Kim stuttered fearfully, "Is...is this...umm, does Ron live here?"
"Ron? Nobody by that name lives here, just the Barkins. Who gave you this address?"
Kim gave her story of the brown-haired girl.
"Rockwaller! I should have known." Barkin pounded his fist on the doorframe, causing the house and porch to shake; Kim had to grab the porch railing to keep from falling. "Well, Miss Possible, for future reference, you shouldn't believe anything Bonnie says. She is a very spoiled child. In fact, everything she told you is probably a lie."
"If all of her answers were lies, then that means..."
Kim thought for a minute, then looked at him happily. "That's it! I know his house number! Thanks, Mr. Barkin."
At that, Barkin closed the door and Kim skipped away to another house.
Ron answered the door to reveal a smiling Kim.
"Hey, Kim! What took you so long? Never mind, let's go play at the playground!"
As they both ran off, Kim looked back at the house number, this time with it permanently etched into her brain, never to be lost again.
--------------------------
A nice little fanfic riddle, but what was Ron's house number? Can you figure it out from what little info is offered in this story? Obviously, you have it harder than Kim, since she knew the answers Bonnie gave and you don't.
I'll give you guys a week starting Monday to answer this before I post an answer, maybe longer if I forget to check. Good luck and happy house hunting!
