I've recently resumed writing this story, which is a remake and re-imagining of my very first published story, A Loss of Innocence.
Synopsis: Kim's father has been kidnapped and the FBI has taken control of the investigation. Despite their warnings, Kim decides to carry out her own investigation and soon finds that this enemy is like nothing Team Possible has ever experienced. With help from some unusual sources, Kim and Ron set out to rescue her father. What she doesn't know, however, is that this mission will eventually force her to choose between her father's safety and her own moral beliefs.
I currently have 4 chapters posted, and I'm actively working on the remaining chapters in my spare time... I hope to have this story finished within the next several weeks/months.
Though the story is rated as Teen (PG-13), it does contain some harsh dialogue and scenes of violence, so I'm not linking the direct story since I'm afraid it might exceed the board's TOS.
