To think people look at Anakin as whiny emo punk. I'll take him over Shinji Ikari any day of the week.

Does anyone know if the influx of Star Wars merchandise (at least being put together and displayed towards front of the stores) is due to the video game release or something else? Because the video game isn't released for what, another year? But I saw two different large displays of Star Wars in both Suncoast and the book store.

Its the 30th anniversary.

I liked the movies for the great action and entertainment. However, I never made an effort to play the games or read in to the vast Star Wars universe. But the movies were awesome.

Playing the games and reading the comics and books just help enrich the experience. You don't really have to since you've already touched the core of Star Wars (the movies).

KOTOR II's ending was said to be that the Jedi exile receives a revelation from Kreia's defeat and he/she would set out to the farthest region of the outer rim to find Revan.
Though we may never know considering it was an incomplete game and no word about KOTOR III ever since.

Hell, KOTOR I was a whole lot better then KOTOR II becasue the first one actually HAD a theme, KOTOR II was more of a hack and slash game

Hell, KOTOR I was a whole lot better then KOTOR II becasue the first one actually HAD a theme, KOTOR II was more of a hack and slash game Nope it definitely had a theme. Much like the Grey Jedi title that goes under my avatar it pretty much emphasizes the grey line. That what some perceive to be good might just be a way to justify their selfish motives. While something proclaimed evil might be done with good intentions. It tends to look at the bigger picture in the Force. Kreia's whole character plot made her be the mentor figure towards you while at the same time she took on the mantle of the main antagonist simply because of her belief. That everything that went wrong with life is attributed to the Force. That to her its some malevolent cruel being that delights on the plight and misery of life forms and thus must simply be destroyed. How she will accomplish that happens to lies with your character the exile, who is said to be a "wound" in the Force.

Ok, I never saw the theme, so don't blame me.
On a unrelated topic, oppinions on the Zann Consotrium?

Ok, I never saw the theme, so don't blame me. On a unrelated topic, oppinions on the Zann Consotrium? Meh... I think I already stated my opinion on good ole Tyber and his Zann Consortium. A glorified crime syndicate akin to something like the Black Suns and The Exchange. The only difference is they have a competent leader, Tyber. To me he seems to be a watered down Darth Revan. A cold, calculating, and ruthless man. A master Tactician whose ambition knows no bound and serves no one but himself. So I'm not really too giddy about the man and his group.

As per KOTOR to KOTOR 2...I haven't played enough of KOTOR 2 to have a fully grounded opinion, but for changing developers it was better than I anticipated. I don't like the influence system, though ....
Okay, I loved the Han Solo/Leia relationship for some reason....I usually hate guys that act like that, but Han Solo was just so funny...(I'm mainly talking about this because I am *sigh* admittedly unfamiliar with whomever you are discussing now)
