Okay...I REALLY hated episodes 1 and 2. I love all of the others. But most of the video games don't do it justice (save KOTOR, of course....that game is happiness in disk form. ^_^) BTW, I'm also a trekkie. Wookies and tribbles should be able to live in harmony. ^_^ Republic Commando? Battlefront series? Rogue Squadron? Jedi Knight series? Well theres always the upcoming Force Unleashed Game. Now that is going to rock. Tried most of 'em...didn't care for them. *shrugs* It's just my opinion, though.

KOTOR. I own KOTOR 2, and am borrowing KOTOR from my best friend. I like KOTOR better (I'm a Bioware fanatic, just so you know), but KOTOR 2 is all right. It's decent. I've heard rumors of a third and that if there is, it would be back in Bioware's hands. I'd definitely get it if it does happen.

Yeah the sith lords would have been the better game if the contents were still intact and we would be playing a complete game, bug free and all. Bioware huh? Baldur's Gate series and Icewind dale series?

Right...as well as Jade Empire and (coming soon) Mass Effect.
But I hope they scrap that whole dice rolling system. I really don't like that - you've got no control and it's harder to work a strategy into the game.

I really don't like that - you've got no control and it's harder to work a strategy into the game. It worked well for their D&D games. I thought it was fairly implemented for KOTOR. I'm pretty sure thats not the case with Mass Effect. It sure wasn't with Jade Empire (But the game was still relatively easy).

It was all right for KOTOR, but it's still kind of annoying. And no, it's not going to be the case with Mass Effect...and well, I would say it's almost a necessity to the D&D games.
Back to Star Wars, though - what was with Natalie Portman? I know she can act, but she was awful in the third movie. "You're breaking my heart!"....everyone in the theater I was in started laughing.

As much as I love Revenge of the Sith the script could have used some more work. I prefer the novelization. So yeah I blame the acting but more so on the script. But yeah...

Just don't count me as one who enjoy the prequels. I didn't like them and I truly did not like Lucas revamping the original three to fit the prequels. I didn't mind the Special Edition revamps, but the second revamp to make Anakin's younger self take the spot of the original older Anakin in RotJ was a cop-out to me. As long as your cool with prequel Obi-Wan Kenobi, and the animated Clone Wars version of Anakin, we're good. Oh, I'm cool with most of the prequel characters, like Obi-Wan, and I certainly love the animated Clone War episodes. Just the writing for the prequel movies dragged IMO. (shrug)

Oh yeah?! ========== Now, I've played every single SW Video game there is, so I know how everything works. KOTOR 1 was indeed the best. It was the game that set new heights for RPG games. KOTOR 2 however was near perfect in gameplay, but the storyline and stuff are flawish. The creaters rushed on the game and alot scenes and storylines were missing. I heard that there's a Team that's currently trying to repair those mission scenes .. But still, KOTOR 1 is the best .. I mean, look at Bastilla!

KOTOR is the best Star Wars themed RPG I have played. Best RPG to date still goes to Bioware's previous RPG masterpiece the Baldur's Gate series. There was just so much to offer. So much to customize and lots of things to see and do. Now if they had done a SW just like that oh man I would have died and gone to heaven.
Kotor had Bastilla. Baldur's gate had THREE romantical options for the guy characters alone. In this case my friend Quantity is quality.
But yeah I love KOTOR as well. Revan is just too cool. And Jolee Bindo! I love that kooky old gray Jedi!

They did .. it's called Star Wars Galaxies.
Only problem is you have to pay monthly to play. Once I get a Paying Job, I'll play that game.

It never gave the feeling that you were something part of an epic saga. It just felt like an Everquest with a Star Wars Facial lift.

I mean Revan starting out at the Order's most promising student, then fighting and losing his way, loses his identity, finds himself again with a startling revelation from Malak. Its just absurd that he goes Dark Side again.

Where's the no button? I mean just becuase I haven't seen it doesn't mean I think it sucks. The film series just has never intrested me, I tried the first film a couple of seconds and it bored me. Maybe I just need to give it a second chance or some thing.

But .. it's more fun to join the Dark Side and make Revan, Dark Lord of the Sith once again! Anywho..

Dark side is fun and all.
But I like the tale of the Prodigal knight more rather then the tale of the Dark Lord of the Sith.

(shrug) Yeah, the writing for the prequels could be done better, well Epsiode 3 was perfect...except for treating General Grievous like a scrub. an oh...those webcomics are freaking gold!! ;D

I do like a couple of lines from the prequels.
Obi-Wan Kenobi - Blasters. So uncivilized. - Only Sith deal in absolutes. I will do what I must. - I hate it when he does that.
Anakin Skywalker - If you'll excuse me Master. - Something's happening. I'm not the Jedi I should be.
Its really not so much the dialogue but in the situation it is spoken.
Are just a couple of the one liners I like.
