Remember the babyfication craze of the 1980's. They took establish characters and created tv series in which they were little kids. It began with the Muppet Babies, which was a classic show (inferior to Muppet Show in my opinion, but still held its own).
And everyone wanted to copy that, and had their own cheesy babyfication shows, most of them were terrible, and was an insult fo the original product.
Though of some them I liked, Pup Named Scooby Doo was one that I liked, though it is so far inferrior to the original Scooby Doo series Scooby Doo Where Are You, though it is a masterpiece compaired to Shaggy and Scooby Get A Clue, and a Scrappy free series, which always gets points with me for a Scooby Doo series.
The one I think is the worst was done in this decade, newsflash it is not the late 80's anymore, why not make a disco record while you are at it, the show Baby Looney Toons. That is one of the most ridiculous ideas ever.

Pup named Scooby Doo was really the only one I liked because I loved how it broke the 4th wall so often.

Pup Named Scooby Doo was like a tribute series to Scooby Doo Where Are You, and I liked that admit that was the best Scooby series. I liked it that they try to guide to solve the mysteies on your own, they are saying they know fans tried to solve the mystery on the old series, so embrass that in the fans.
And the chase scenes when they have a weekly song in the background, just like in the second second of SDWAY. Though they were inferiour to the the ones on SDWAY, those songs could have been hits on the charts in the late 60's early 70's (like the song 7 Days A Week from the episode "Scooby's Night With The Frozen Fright"), while the songs on Pup were really children songs. Anyway I liked Pup Named Scooby Doo, much better than its companion show the Flintstones Kid.
Remember when Drakken turned himself, Duff, and Monkey Fist to children in SiT, that might be a parody of the babyfication shows. Maybe Shego's recaction comments on how stupid that idea was, might be a way for the writers to say what a stupid idea babyfication shows are. I hope Disney Channel doesn't spinoff KP, into a babyfication show.

Hey even with KP, no show ever did a great babification parody like futurama did in the episode Teenage Mutant Leela Hurdles:P
That episode had some of the best lines in the entire show in there.
And dnot count of a KP spinoff like this:P these kind of shows have been dead for about 10 years now:P

Yes Futurama did a funny parody of babyfication. I like to see Family Guy try to spoof the babyfication craz. TV Funhouse (the comedy central series, not the SNL shorts) did a parody called a Fetus named Scooby Doo.
Well they ever be a reversal of babyfication, of making establish characters and making them old and setting things up in the future?

I like a pup named scooby doo, but that's about it. Don't really get the fascination with baby characters.

You mean Elmyra. I think that is how you spell her name. Let's not put Tiny Toons in the babyfication category, those are all originals characters. Actully Tiny Toons Adventures, Animiniacs, and Pinky & The Brain they were created by the people that wrote Pup Named Scooby Doo.

The only shows I remember were the Muppet Babies (I LOVED THAT SHOW so much as a little kid!) and the Tiny Toons Adventures.

It's too bad that Muppet Babies might not be released on DVD, due to legal issues concerning the movie clips.
