Weeelll... that's because some of them are afraid to, and be judged, ..... because people these days have so much prejudice, and a lot of that is against homosexual relationships. I agree. It's so messed up that some people use certain books as their reasoning. Or because they make them uncomfortable. I just really wonder how many of the homophobes are related to or are the same people who were very racist in the mid-1900s. I just think all prejudice is the same and it's really sad. I figure, if people learn to give up their prejudices, then they can teach their kids to not have prejudice, and so on a so forth, and hopefully, one day, there will be little to no prejudice in the world. That's the reason why I hardly have NAY prejudice, whereas my parents still do have a good amount I tell them, "I don't need to listen to you.. because I know what I'm thinking is right." Actually, the only prejudice I really have is against dumb, sl*tty, blonde chicks xD;;; whoops.. haah.

Ditto on that.
I don't have much prejudice, or at least I try not to. Dumb people annoy me, unless they're funny.
But, yeah, that's the best way for no prejudice. For people to teach their kids to have no prejudice. Of course, there are still people around teaching their kids or planning to teach their kids that it's okay to hate. And, I'm thinking, "How sad. That's not cool."

Well, isnce you said homosexual relationships and not people, I'd reply that too many people are prejudiced in it's favor. As for the guys holding hands thing, I'd say that it's a cultural thing. I remember when Bush held hands with one of the Saudi royalty guys, and people making jokes about how Laura must be jealous...

Are you talking about positive discrimination, NN? 'Cause if it's in the favour of a minority, I think it works eg. with giving women more oppurtunities. And heck, I don't see anything wrong with supporting a fundamental human right. It's like saying far too many people seem to be in favour of treating Black people equally to white folks.
And here, our former Prime Minister, Tony Blair, held hands with Bush once - and suddenly everyone started 'shipping them! ;D

That's why I like dogs and cancer. Dogs love everyone, regardless of who you are, for the most part (Sorry, Michael Vick) and cancer gets anyone regardless of who you are. Not that I like Cancer... but at least it's not prejudice. I never shipped Tony Blair with Bush. I just think Blair can do better. Like John Howard, he's a nice guy.
