NE Upgrades: Junior and Killigan (Help Wanted!)

Okay, I present the final of Junior's upgrades...



And the initial concept of Killigan's.



I'm not happy with Killigan's. I'd liek to go with something that's kind of a prototype of the RoboDuff from ASiT, without actually cyborging Duff, but what's here isn't doing it for me. Suggestions?
