This one may yield to some analysis. In "Twin Games," which probably happens in early fall of 10th grade, both Wade and the Tweebs are said to be 10. Kim's mom was about halfway through pregnancy when Kim entered pre-K, probably in September, which would make the Tweebs born in December, January, something like that. I think it's unlikely that Wade's substantially younger than the Tweebs, and them all being 10 in "Twin Factor" (Let's tentatively call that "September") limits how much older he can be (couple months at most).
Based on these admittedly tenuous inferences, I'll put Wade's birthday in the November-February range. If I had to guess, ah, why not December?
