Ron: Sick Day: missed this one somehow. Bonding: missed this one too. Sick Day: Turquoise with light blue polka dots (bungie jumping into Drakken’s lair) Bonding: Light Green with yellow polka dots (lion swipes them off while riding to Dementor’s lair) Kim: Tick Tick Tick: she flashes purple bikini briefs tumbling behind the counter. Someone must have said something to somebody about this, because in all her subsequent tumblings while wearing a skirt or dress, somehow Kim's underwear always remains out of sight. What good this does when it remains in the opening theme to every episode, I don't know. Cloud, they are bloomers, or whatever they are calling the part of the uniform that covers the underwear. It is no worse to see this then it is to watch swimming, gymnastics, diving, ballet, or any other activity where a girl or guy wears a tight bikini cut uniform. Since kids are generally encouraged to watch these I would figure that there should be no problem with showing it on Kim Possible. Low Budget: Kim's pants are removed by an aggressive alligator. Whatever is exposed remains offstage. Hey, I saw an episode of "That's so Raven" in which the title character loses her pants and is seen in underpants, so seeing a "de-pantsed" Kim isn't absolutely impossible. Didn’t know about “That’s So Raven” showed that. I have a feeling that any attempt to do this on an animated show would get a lot more criticism then on a live action show. Although logically it seems a lot worse to see a real girl in her underwear then an animated one, but that is America for you. Despite the contextual idea that seeing ones underwear is taboo I really have never quite figured out the problem with it. Given what some girls wear for swimsuits now I wouldn’t think underwear would be a big deal since it generally covers more.

According to my calculations, season 4 in total will be 29,040 seconds long (not including title theme and credits). Even if the entire season were to consist of nothing but Ron pulling up his pants and letting them drop over and over, he couldn't lose them more than a few thousand times. There does seem to be an acute increase in pants lossage in season three, approaching once an episode. They may cut back from this. Season three was high on comedy.

Actually, he has a sense of humor. I dunno, I just found it an amusing answer to an amusing post.

Because it is humorous to point out how absurd some exaggerations are.
I just wish I had thought of it. Good one Cloud.

I can't help but i think the idea this is original. I think Dsney is the first animation comapny who did this

Since kids are generally encouraged to watch these I would figure that there should be no problem with showing it on Kim Possible. My sentiments exactly. And actually, they're called 'spankies' or once upon a time they were called 'cheerleading tights' and now the more politically correct term is 'dance briefs' (haha, what I get for having been a cheerleader/Pom and ballerina). So they're not underwear at all, and actually, when you think about it, it's a bigger deal seeing Ron's boxers than seeing Kim's spankies.

Well, whether they're underpants, spankies, or dance briefs, after this one scene (endlessly repeated in the title sequence), they're never visible again.
I suppose to be absolutely complete about pants removal, we should include the henchmen partially stripped by Mrs. Dr. P's laser scalpel in "Mother's Day," and Drakken's pants loss in "Showdown at Crooked D," and I may be missing miscellaneous others.
In cartoon terms, it's an old gag. Male cartoon characters traditionally always wore spotted boxers under their clothes, or under fur or feathers if they were funny animals. Tex Avery's wolf occasionally lost his wolfskin, as if it were a zippered jumpsuit, revealing spotted boxers underneath. Daffy Duck once did a striptease, removing his black feathers like some sort of leotard, to also reveal spotted boxers. And of course Elmer Fudd often lost his pants. (During his "fat" period, he wore a corset as well!)
I've got a bit of Mr. Dr. P in me, and sometimes can't resist the temptation to parody myself (the analysis of multimillion pants losses versus available time in season 4), and feel totally amused that this sparked controversy.

I don't think they'll have Ron lose his pants as much in season 4, 'cause Kimmie might take to much of a liking to it.
I FINALLY was able to post on this thread.

You've noticed Kim's the one person who doesn't avert her eyes when this happens.
Welcome back to the Lost Pants thread, Forlong! Did I credit you for the BN Headquarters correction? If not, in the original list I said Bermuda Triangle, misinterpreting my scribbled notes as "B triangle" instead of "BN." I think I fixed it.

Yes. I have noticed Kim's tantancy to watch Ron lose his trousers. Even in So the Drama, when Ron walks out of the dressing room without his pants, Kim is the only one that keeps looking.
