DP: Technus V.S Draken who is smarter?

Yah know Technus from Danny Phantom...Any who; who do you think is the smartest Draken or Technus? After seeing Flirting with Disaster I'm going to have to say Technus, he almost ruled the world like Draken did. Plus his plan was just genius yay ;D Draken still rocks though. I mean using Valerie's suite to fight against Danny was just amazing, than he used Danny's secret identity against him I was just shocked. Draken's plan in So the Drama was genius too, but I go to go with Technus.

If we're basing it on ONLY genius, I'd say they're pretty equal. They both came up with plans that ALMOST took over the world. However, being a ghost, I'd say Technus has more experience, and therefore more genius. ;D
