Skuller from Danny Phantom? He's a robot/ghost villain, and his eye's on Danny, and no I don't mean he's in love with him lol. Skuller seems to hunt Danny down for fun Danny defeats him with ease. What do you think would happen if he meet Kim Possible? Would she be able to stop him all by herself.

Hard to say, because Kim always wins, but she had never anything to do with ghosts

Tough question. With some help from Wade, she'd probably disable Skulker's robot suit easily enough. The problem is that Skulker's ghost powers could phase through her, while he could still harm her with ghost blasts. Either way, I think Kim would find a way to defeat him.

Skuller... I don't know enough about him to properly answer this question. I don't get a whole lot of opportunity to watch Danny.
