Ah, but soon it shall be. The longest story I've ever written anywhere will come to a close with Chapter 38 - which I will probably write tomorrow some time.
Our Place in the Food Chain ( www.fanfiction.net/s/2818226/1/ ) has become my most read (during its active run - and it's closing fast on "It Finally Happened" for overall hits) most reviewed, most favorited, most alerted story ever but, like all good things, it's got to come to an end.
That doesn't mean the end of Kim and Ron's story. Not by a long shot. I've still got the second half of their senior year to tell, plus all those gaps I deliberately put in the Trinity Sitch story line. So, very soon I'll start part 2 or their HS Senior year, tentitively titled "Where did the Time Go."
I'll very likely start on it before the 'ink' is dry on FC!
