Sorry was too tired to post this earlier. Anyway another one-shot based off some of the forum topics we've discussed. Guess which ones and you'll win your self the right to go and spend money to keep the economy going. Got to help old George out after all. Anyway here the story.

Anyway to clear something up.

The Russian incident is a fictional event in which a nuclear device was detonated in a Russian city. The story hints at an arms deal gone wrong and for some reason GJ is involved in it. The Americans seem to blame GJ for not stopping the weapon and expressed the fact that Dr. Director would regret it if the incident was linked to the events that occur in the story. The actual term 'Russian incident' was coined by the American press and is now used to describe that incident and the issues surrounding it.

This means when I say 'Russian incident' in the eyes of the public, in this universe, it refers to a nuking of a Russian city. Hope this clears things up and leave other things unclear. Enjoy.
